The man wiping down the taxi really wasn’t the killer that
blew Paul’s brains out because they didn’t witness that part!
Unless another individual got in the taxi at the corner of Washington and Maple (intended destination) and prior to arriving at Washington and Cherry, shot Steine in the back of the head, got out, and the initial fare proceeded to wipe down the cab, cut the shirt, and disappear into the night, whilst the shooter was seen walking away and told police he went thataway.
Question everything, learn something.

that had to be on the football field squating
and carring all the camera BS in their pockets!
