This one way easier imo…Radians are present on various compass used in marine as well as for boyscout/hiking issues. Magnetic North was necessary as – when hiking – you have no idea about the geometric North, the needle only shows the magnetic direction. He could have used both, degrees and radians, to show the direction..guess he used radians to make himself more ‘clever’ again.

*ZODIACHRONOLOGY*
A Radian Angle itself, 57.3 Degrees, is an angle that would only be know, and used, by a very very small number of people for a very very small number of reasons.
IMO This places the Zodiac as former military and/or sciences student. The two could easily overlap. Radians are only common currency for those who indulge in Calculus. For those types radians are shorthand.
Likely Z used radians as a higher math student or for more practical reasons in a military position. Military facilities abounded in his area. Military is also very interested in cryptography.
That was too much!
In "the zodiac revisited, vol 2", there is an in depth discussion about the radians and also the compass flower that shows north and magnetic north, and other things that are associated with ship navigation. I actually like this theory alot.

Yes, it screams military experience. If not that Z definitely spent some time in Calculus classrooms – higher ed.
That was too much!
5, 7, & 3 feature in the freemasons magic square (although not in that order),
The magic square configuration is relevant to the set square and compass (usually set at 90° and 60° respectively). Although someone told me different lodges set their compass angles at differing inclinations.
Where am I going with this? I have no idea.
