That’s so thin you can see through it and totally ignores what is in the police reports. An officer says he arrived at the hospital just after the ambulance arrived and Hoffman was there. He went in to talk to Mageau before Mageau went into surgery. There comes a point where you have to put a period on something and move on.
I was trying to CLEAR hoffman, not accuse him, but thus far I have been unable to clear him in any way.
He’s been cleared nine ways to Sunday you just refuse to accept it.
If you want to suspect a police officer go with Buzz, he had a long affair with Darlene and broke it off because he was afraid his wife would find out. I don’t think he did it but at least there is something there besides BS from Graysmith.

Please show the solid evidence you say you have that Richard Hoffman knew Darlene and had dated her. I have interviewed some of the people who knew Darlene very well, none have ever said that Darlene went out with him. I am in constant contact with Darlene’s sister. She has ID’d the man who has been harassing her and I for several years now , as the man she believes killed Darlene. He looks nothing like Richard Hoffman.

Sometimes I do wonder if the babysitter’s testimony isn’t key to the case and totally overlooked. I’ve wondered in past threads if Darlene really did say that she watched her stalker kill someone whether or not she had been present at the Faraday/Jensen murder.
