Interesting question re. correlation between size 7 watch and glove. I wonder if anyone has a watch and glove that are the same size, even if not a seven, that they could tell us of a relationship. I have many watches and pairs of gloves but don’t know what size they are. Also I’m thinking that size 7 may be very common and what fits an average hand. Is this glove a man’s or woman’s, if you know? I’m assuming the watch is a man’s watch as is the glove but then remember that there was speculation the watch could have been Cheri’s and it came off during the struggle.

I sure would like to see those letters and the dates and places when they were mailed and postmarked from. Enough time has passed for Pete’s sake. Public safety almost demands this now imo. since the case has never been solved and it is therefore unknown whether Zodiac is dead as so many seem to think or still alive.

Now that DMV letter is really puzzling. Did he write as Zodiac or as a citizen and someone recognized the writing as Z’s which if so might mean the person signed their real name. Wonder what he’d be writing to them about if not his personal driving record. Maybe something along the lines of "concerned citizen" protesting some law such as speed limit? What could be the big secret and why no release after almost being promised by Tom Voit that it was being made public a couple of years ago?

I know for a "fact" that someone claiming he is Zodiac and who also claimed he was still killing has been ignored.

You can discount that information and continue to believe what you want to and I will continue to go with the facts of the case.

A lot of us who have an interest in the Z case , pick and chose what we want to believe, so you are not alone.

I await your irrefutable evidence in future at which time I will send my sincerest accolades.

P.S. I suspect the "missing letters" can be found in the FBI basement, filed near "Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction". They will be right next to the "Who really shot JFK from the Grassy Knoll?" portfolio, and just a few files back from "The TRUTH about Bigfoot" and "The Great Roswell Weather Balloon Cover-up". They will be sitting under the forgotten photocopies of Blaine’s "I know who the real Zodiac was, it was Gyke, you gotta believe me on that and to prove it here’s my solution to the cipher" file. Somewhere under that file will be the the Manson "Pussycat" file. Trust me on this, I know it for a "fact".

Attention seeking/thrill killers, however you want to classify Z is irrelevant, but they are brought out by big excitement related to their crimes- vigils, news conferences, splashy press articles.

If I ever found out law enforcement was sitting on 12 murders, I would have to wonder about their sanity, especially if they really think it is Z. And next election, there would be a new sheriff in town.

I am confused to the point of being unfathomably lost. I was thinking of phoning the Contra Costa County police office to ask if they know anything about 12 murders that we haven’t been told about, but as it is a cover-up I guess there would be no point in that. Clearly they would feign complete ignorance.

You will see that the police are not sitting on the 12 murders, they just do not want to believe that the Zodiac who called and told them where to find a body of one of them, then wrote to them told them that he was the killer of those girls. They "felt" it was a prankster , I happen to believe that it was in fact thee Zodiac and not some prankster.

Seems a bit of a regression for a serial killer. Don’t they usually start with prostitutes, and escalate with more confidence? Also, if the FBI thought there was anything to it, they would have done like I said- hold a vigil or something to that extent to bring him out. Did they ever come up with a profile?

And the phone call to police, by that time, should have been recorded. I am guessing it was not, or never released, or never happened?

The Zodiac was never officially the FBI’s case, they only helped when asked.
I met with some of the prostitutes whose friends were murdered by the man who claimed to be Zodiac and one that got away from the killer.

What was done to some of them I would say showed escalation in the murders for sure. Some were tortured before being beaten, strangled , stabbed. ( Over kill)
If you think that Zodiac wasn’t capable of torture, you need to reread everything you can about what he said he would do, even if you "think" he was lying about it.

One girl told me that he used a stun gun on another one that got away and that he put a bag over her head and put a rope around it to keep it on her head as he drove her to his home, which she thought was in Antioch Ca. Even if he isn’t the Zodiac, the man has to be stopped.

I happen to find it too much of a coincidence that the man I took the picture of, who I truly believe is Zodiac, just happens to be the same man I got away from in Vallejo 1968, was the same man ID”d by one of the girls who was able to get away from him.
Thank goodness she is still alive, because he went after her many times after that, to get rid of her as a witness. Another one moved out of state to be safe.

Sandy, I’m wondering if when you spoke with the prostitutes, did by chance one of them mention the perpetrator playing any music or sound effects such as thunderstorms, ocean waves (such as sold on CD’S as relaxation music)?

If so, I’d be very interested to know what type of music it was and source of it (if they could see, that is). I’ve probably seen too many movies and read too many mystery novels, but the possibility occurred to me that he could have had such a CD and used it to deceive the victim re. their location. Also thinking music might be a clue.

No , but I can smell his smoke when he is close by. Darlene’s sister Pam said she thought he smelled of leather. There were jobs in the area of Napa/Vallejo for tanners at that time, I checked just to be sure. This guy is a chain smoker.

Your Pm yesterday suggested that I take something of his to a psychic, I took his picture to one at a psychic convention in Vallejo yrs ago , for the heck it. I handed it it to a well known psychic without saying the man was stalking me and he told me : This man wants to kill you ! I said yes I know that, he then said it louder, as if I didn’t get what he said.
That had to be shortly after I took his picture in 1990. His trying to kill me seem to subside after I told him that I gave copy’s of his picture to LE, that if anything happened to me they would be all over him. After that, he tried a few more times only now he try’s to make it look like a accident, like loosen the gas line to my home.
I have everything documented. I appreciate your observation of my suspect looking very mean. he can look very different
