If zodiac is dead what are our chances of solving the case?

The case can still be solved even if Zodiac is dead. Cops have solved many cold cases despite the murderer being dead. The hard part is finding a good enough DNA sample from Zodiac. If cops get that solid DNA sample, then genealogy will be the next step in the process. I’m sure Zodiac has family members in GEDmatch.
