A Vallejo related question- in a report, there is mention of a kid hanging out at the ‘JELLYBEAN’ on SPrings RD. Anybody know what that was??

Listed under "Confectionary- Retail" in my 1968-69 Vallejo Polk’s Directory is a Toby Jean’s Drive-in at 1823 Springs Rd. Maybe that is it ???
Was just curious, it’s where the kid ‘Ricky’ from the LHR police report was said to hang out. Sounds like a real thug hanging at the candy store

most candy stores in the 60’s were run/operated by the other kind of candy, high school hotties ,after school

The Jumping Bean was like Taco Bell. It was on the corner of Heartwood and Springs Rd.
