Iv been looking and cant seem to find an answer my question about palm prints. I have heard rumours of palm prints being found but when I looked I couldn’t find any confirmation. Could one of you knowledgeable bunch be able to confirm this for me?

Was a palm print found on a letter that we could with some certainty say belonged to Z?

Were matching prints found on two or more letters?

Were these prints used to clear any suspects?

Thank you in advance

From memory, half a palm print was found on one of the letters and a partial ruined one at phone booth in Napa. I think the Stine prints were more finger tips than palms. None of these matched each other so who knows if any are Z’s…

Two palm prints, I believe were found from letters, not the PH killing. ALA did not match the prints. Not sure if anyone else was tested.

Nothing ever matched…anywhere.

…they may be dealing with one or more ersatz Zodiacs–other psychotics eager to get into the act, or perhaps even other murderers eager to lay their crimes at the real Zodiac’s doorstep. L.A. Times, 1969

Wait… doesn’t Z claim in his following letter he covered his prints? Could he have placed a false print? If it doesn’t belong to the victim and doesn’t match the letters. Just a hunch.
