All Z cases appear to be related to cars..not difficult, but indeed all of the victims where somehow in their or his cars.
Not a single victim in a park or at home that we know of for sure, where no car was involved, true?

Not exactly in their or his car at Lake Berryessa…but yes, a car was involved
