Over at the old forum, we had a good thread about various explosives, tnt, etc found around the SF Bay area during the Z years, I will have to see if I can find it, as I recall, AK, and I and a few others found some interesting things there.
In the meantime, I found this Feb 1970 article about a Reserve Vallejo police officer who was accused of fabricating a grenade incident. Anybody have more details on this guy or the story?

There was a lull in Z activity from the Belli letter 12/20/69, then we have possible crime of the Judith Hakari murder 3/7/70, Berkeley bombing 4/14/70 then the Zodiac "My Name Is" letter 4/20/70.
