wouldn’t the high number of repeated symbols suggest a name where the first name is part of the last name, such as:

Rob Robertson
Pat Patterson
Sam Sampson

etc.?

I would think that there are all kinds of ways to unscramble the symbols to make names or phrases fit. Some may have that quality you’re describing, but many would not.
