That one was both easy and tricky, if that makes sense.

Easy because the morse code part clicked instantly. Tricky because how you assigned the 1s and 0s to dots and dashes alternated. I got gibberish and a different number the first time I did it, but once I realized what was going on, I got: What number is this 7659221010

That’s not "exactly" correct, but I am confident that if you had the book, you would have it.
The alternating Morse switches over on the phone #, which is actually 310 477 6565.
And the "answer is: LA FBI
