My solution, and a challenge to the people on here that are good with ciphers….
I am going to post my solution, and see if any of you can figure it out. I think the answer is an anagram. This suspect’s name fits perfectly. It’s his first full name, middle initial,and Full last name. If you solve it, or think you did, please PM me but dont post his name here as he is still alive.(For the few of you that know his name, no helping please 
)
Here goes:
A couple hints, the first symbol-A is the first letter of his first name,and the last 3 symbols -NAM make up the last 3 letters of his last name(just rearrange them). This may make it too easy,but we’ll see. 
If I am right, and this guy IS the zodiac, he blatantly, and purposely, did very little to hide his name, and simply annagrammed it just in case it was solved, so that even if it was solved,people would have to rearrange the name still to catch him. It’s only easy for me since i already have his name,and see how easy it fits.

Glad you got it. It’s only easy because I have the name to reverse engineer it. If I did not have the name it would not be as easy, it would look like just another random cipher mess.
He graduated with Cheri Jo Bates in Riverside in 1966. He was living in Vallejo up until 1974(when the last confirmed Z letter was mailed),and stopped using an address there before going back down to Riverside. He was stocky, and looked similar to the Lake Berryessa sketch. Unfortunately he is an enigma for the most part. A Family member of his told me that he shot guns and was once in the military. At the time of his graduation, he was planning to attend college in Northern CA.

I’m not arguing against these points, just using them as an examples. Good points.
I suppose it depends on how you look at it. It also raises the question of how should we look at it? Wish I knew.
