Well, I am 99.9999% certain that we can say that David Stampher, computer enthusiast, solved the Z32 cipher in December 2025.
Experts have not falsified the work in four months.
The work is either right, or it is wrong. It is binary. If it is wrong, it must be objectively wrong.
If it were objectively wrong, no one has told me so.
I have won the game, and I am planting the flag, yet again.

Also, regarding this very long thread, to future readers:
The reasons I spammed are multiple, and some of them are logical. I will share them, to add context.
1. Receive feedback on my work by raising the issue (being annoying), because I have been waiting for four months.
2. Draw more attention to this thread by boosting the post count, so that people check out my code/paper.
3. Airing my grievances, which I feel are justified. Others may disagree, that is fine.
4. Find cool GIF’s to spam on forums.
And so, it wasn’t for nothing.
With this renewed strength, I am ready to finish the final polishes on version 3 of my paper. It is quite a bit better than version 2. That was the point.
Version 2 was always in need of further refinement, which I have carefully done. I have found it quite difficult to finish, as I am trying to make it the final, greatest version. So good that a version four will not be needed. It will come with an updated codebase. Nothing changes really, just more plausible phrases in the lexicon. It just expanded the search space a bit. Most of the work has been on the paper, not the code, which is good as is. It could be slightly refactored to be better. But it works and is correct.
I will call it quits tomorrow on here as far as requesting falsification. I just think four months is long enough to wait around for what can essentially be reduced to a binary response. It takes time to review correctness, such a thing cannot be rushed. The paper is fairly lengthy, and somewhat dense. Still it is mostly images, and those are useful.
But again I say the paper is of far less importance than the code. It is just an added layer. I like it but it could be better. I knew that when I released version two, always with the intention of releasing version 3 afterwards. I stalled out for a little due to burn out, but the energy is returning slowly. It has mostly been due to lack of sleep waiting around.
The Youtube stuff will be another thing. That is hard. I want to do it right. Not easy. More work. But doable. That should break through the wall finally.
And in closing, I solved Z32 back in December 2025. No expert has told me otherwise, in four months. I went directly to them all, before sharing on any forums.

Also, to future readers: I submitted the tip with my solution to the FBI, Vallejo PD, and Solano County Sheriff’s Department. They know my name, and about my tip.
I also bought the domain INTHREEANDTHREEEIGHTHSRADIANSTEN.COM, so I own the solution and will be putting a page on that domain soon.
There has been a lot of extra work and roadblocks since December, but that is ok. It isn’t the end of the world and I will be glad when others become aware of my achievement. Not for personal glory, but there is educational and practical value with what I found. I did a pretty good job and didn’t get engaged with much, which is ok. That isn’t a big deal or what I care about, I cared about cracking this code, which I have done. Not much else matters to me, other than the hope that I might help move this case forward, for free.
I have been an extremely open and honest person during all of this. Any hostility was more being pissed off at the situation that particular individuals, although I must admit I will likely remain pissed off at the other forum admin. But that is ok, I am not the only, from what I have seen. Don’t hate the guy, don’t even know him. But censorship just pisses me off. I am more upset with the behavior itself, compared to the perpetrator of it. Still, he did that. And it was stupid.
Here is the triangle I found:

And regarding censorship, there is a time where it is warranted. I did not spam the other forums, and engaged respectfully with everyone. There were good chats over there. It just didn’t get engaged with much, compared to things such as Black Dahlia, which is just a rumor. What I found is real.
I was banned for an off topic response, to another users off topic post, which directly mentioned me. And so, I was compelled to respond to it.
In my response, I was respectful. I said nothing mean, and in the context, it was on topic (I was responding to this other user that mentioned me in their post).
And for this reason, I declare his ban for an off topic post(!) with no warning whatsoever(!) to be complete and utter bull shit. And I will call out bull shit when I see it. So I did. But that is only the tip of the bull shit iceberg, with that other forum admin. At least I am nice to say his name directly, that is because I am not a total a-hole, unlike him.
I call him an a-hole because my solution is correct. Hasn’t been falsified in four months.
