I’m not on Horan’s radar and would prefer not to be. So far, my cloaking device is working.

No mate, you’re not. A regular fan of yours has commented over there about you recently, though. Quite pointlessly IMO. And erroneously. *shrug*
Nacht, I’m trying to apply that logic to Hitler, and I’m confused.
Ah…but he didn’t say "measure of a great man".

‘Alex Lewis – Zodiac Kiler’.. Hmmmm!
BTW I think glurk may need to be added to the name of this thread. Not that he’ll care mind you. I hope.
I don’t understand why they search for my name -Zodiac killer either. I mean, I told Mr Horan that I wasn’t alive in 1969/70. He told me this was circumstantial evidence, and that I needed proof of this alibi.
"So it’s sorta social. Demented and sad, but social, right?" Judd Nelson.
I need to clarify my earlier post. I don’t actually have a problem with people speculating, conjecturing, or hypothesizing about the case.
Some of the speculation is better than others, certainly, and some of it seems ridiculous to me.
There are certain, um, authors, who have built mountains of conjecture.
But I’ve not seen any hypothesis from any of them that deserves the name "theory," which is a word with a specific meaning.
To me, it is a bit like hearing religious people argue against evolution by saying "that is just a theory!?" That is not what the word means.
Does anyone say "the hypothesis of evolution" or "the conjecture of evolution?" Nope.
A theory is something that is generally agreed upon, based on fact, and cannot be factually unproven.
I don’t mind speculation. I just think it is wrong to call it a theory.

Tahoe, you’re absolutely right!
Glurk – you’re also right. From now on I shall conjecturise.
