In remembrance of the anniversary, Sandy and I went to Blue Rock Springs Park on July 5, 2014.
On the way we also stopped by the location at Lake Herman Road.
There was some new graffiti on the guard rail that we had not seen before. (There is other graffiti that had been there before.)
We know that the new graffiti was written sometime after April 12, 2014 (which was when we had been there before).

Who is Gene Memying?
Officer Gene Meyring of the Vallejo P.D.
I was actually curious about him once. I have read the police reports over and over as I have always felt more answers lie in them than anywhere else. Once I was seeking connections of people through more than one jurisdiction/police report.

He went to the Solano Sheriff’s Department to tell them some kids told him a story of some "blue" cars out there that evening.
Later, Officer Meyring is first at the scene of the BRS crime. He is the one who turned around to pull over "Andy" who was driving away from BRS.

Ok, not accusing this (late) Officer as a murderer, just throwin’ it out there.

Perhaps that graffiti may hold more truth than it would typically suggest.
The fact Officer Gene Meyring reported the "blue cars" at LHR and was first at the scene at BRS, although coincidental, it deserves a look.

The video definitely warrants multiple views – I notice there is a triangle shape after the last word on the bottom line, and the transposition of letters in ‘Zodica’ would suggest some sort of cipher may be hidden somewhere within. There are some other marks that look like they may have been there already but may also be other clues. Whatever the origin, it certainly looks too well thought out and case-relevant to be the work of mischievous teens.
Well-spotted guys, you must have really been taking a good look to notice it – I bet revisiting a crime scene many times makes it hard to look with fresh eyes.
