I enjoyed the HLN program. I liked seeing Dave (and all the bloggers) plus the FBI profiler being interviewed. I’m glad they touched on the Domingos/Edwards case as well.

This may be of little consequence but my husband said that the Lake Berryessa sketch looks like an Asian person to him. I’ve thought for awhile that the Stine murder sketch looks like a person who could be of Asian or hispanic decent.

I think it’s possible that Zodiac could be of mixed race. And if so, he may have eluded capture in part because of LE and the public’s focus on a suspect with a more general caucasian appearance.

Lastly, I’m happy the show assisted in putting to rest the Earl Van Best theory which was heavily promoted by the MSM. EVB should be taken as seriously as Ted Cruz.

Nobody described the subject as appearing to be mixed race. Also, it isn’t a sketch, what Napa County came up with is from something called an Identi-kit, which is like a Mr Potato Head game.

I saw a theologian with presumably no credentials as a behavioral profiler profiling Zodiac as a loser who had no power. This is the opposite of the profile of Richard Walter, who is an eminent behavioral profiler, who says that Zodiac was a powerful and wealthy man who killed for even more power, not to assuage feelings of powerlessness. I’ll go with the guy who profiles for a living.

I heard a, er, what is Butterfield’s title again?, "webmaster without a suspect?," say a couple of times that Zodiac attacks were "blitz" attacks. According, once again, to Mr. Walter, blitz-style attacks are spontaneous attacks that are staged by disorganized offenders, such as the one in Riverside in 1966. Zodiac was an ORGANIZED offender. I heard that Zodiac got "scared" after encountering Fouke and Zelms, which is what I had thought until Mr. Walter told me that Zodiac felt a sense of power from that exchange because he had outsmarted the police (at least in in his mind, anyway, since he did not know that they just passed by him over a mix-up, not through anything he had done).

I heard someone say that they will try to get DNA from when Zodiac LICKED his stamps. Had he simply licked his stamps, wouldn’t they have recovered DNA from them 20 years ago, as they did with the 1978 letter and one of the 1974 letters? Why are they resorting to using highly sensitive techniques to apparently look for "one cell" today, if Z had licked his stamps in 1969-74? There was also not one mention that I heard of the anonymous source coming forward last year to ZK.com and saying that the 2002 DNA was useless and that there is now and never has been any ZNA at all. All I got to hear is this Butterfield speaking about how the 2002 DNA was only a "partial profile," which means it can only "exclude" suspects that don’t match it, as if that were its greatest flaw. That is absurd. That is not the issue! Doesn’t he follow what is going on with the DNA and how the source said "there is no Z DNA and there never was?"? Saying that nonsense about a "partial profile" just promotes the ignorance that has existed for years surrounding this DNA. The issue is that it apparently comes from the front of a stamp and is unsupported by DNA from any other piece of Z correspondence. Therefore, it is likely a contaminant brought about when Cydne Holt could not find ZNA where it should have been–behind the stamps and between the flaps–and pushed the panic button in order to find SOMETHING from a Z letter for ABC to use on its show. Isn’t that what the anonymous source at least implied in 2018?

I heard EVB get shot down because of the fact that the handwriting was from the priest, without one word of credit as to whom had done that research on that issue, lol. I guess it probably just did itself.

I saw many suspects spoken about but not KQ, even though my book, The Hunt for Zodiac is getting very good reviews on both the US and UK versions of Amazon. I also saw Gary Stewart say that he presents "more evidence" against his suspect than anyone else does. Maybe someone needs to tell him that my book is now out. Ask the people who have read both if Stewart’s statement is true.
