Who is Lazar?

Don’t know more than what is written there.. However I find the idea of lawyers connected to both, Belli and LA/Riverside an interesting one. Also with regard to law universities, where Z might possibly had met Belli. Lazar’s name, however, isn’t matching the my-name cipher. And he looks so nonZ, too.

Not sure where you are getting Lazar or this lawyer connection….the article doesn’t have any names in it except for a mayor at the time named Yorty.

Belli went down to the Riverside/ San Bernardino area to the legal school where Zode was attending, there is a thread on it some place on here
