His family have in their possession documents that will elevate Harvey to have been a violent perpetrator (Provided his diary entries are real events and not fictitious)
They are reluctant to share or make copies, I have knowledge of these incidents but they did not provide dates, precise locations or names and so it is not possible for myself to correlate Harvey’s words with police reports etc. Nothing was said to myself that correlated with Zodiac crimes however I had the impression these incidents occurred mid to late 70’s.
I think it is unwise for just anyone to try and retrieve these documents, it is not appropriate for myself to do this and ideally should be left for someone with a bit of authority to try and sway them.
Not sure whose hand writing is whose here (looks like one person filled some of each side in) but the the ‘Calif.’ sure looks interesting.

I would like others with more insight than myself to comment on the usage of "calif" and the handwriting in relation to the Zodiac.
As for the Author I am fairly confident it is Harvey’s on the left hand side (the side with the noteworthy calif.)

What was most interesting to me about the divorce decree handwriting is how different it is to all his notebook musings. And, how similar it is to the Zodiac letters.
A couple more things (strings in my head)
– The double stamp on one of the envelopes (the Marshall one) you shared
– The fact Harvey was obsessed with living off the gov. See the Dec 16 1969 letter that states ‘I will go for the government life’
– Although Harvey was obviously highly intelligent, he struggles with spelling/mild dyslexia

There are some things about this letter that look Z-like to me, but some things that do not. That being said, why would a Z letter hoaxer NOT try to copy the style perfectly from a Z letter to make it look like it was really from Z? Why make obvious differences? Also, I am trying to recall, when/where were good legible copies of Zodiac’s writing available to see for a hoaxer to use in their fakes? I recall copies being released of the letters early on but not clear photos of the Z letters themselves

I am fairly certain I have located the correct Esther, the woman Harvey Dated from late 60’s to early 70’s.

The document you attached looks like something Harvey wrote and not the Zodiac Killer. I had to double check to see what it actually was. It looks just like Harvey’s handwriting. If you could see this stuff in person, it is quite fascinating!

Sorry, I will keep you updated this isn’t from Esther but logically she was with Harvey this night. I think I have located her however it’s really difficult to try and make contact with her.

What about that newspaper article displaying Harvey’s name next to a Gilbert and Sullivan Advertisement, that was a nice coincidence.
