Moving into discussing this topic, it will take the investigation into a time frame that originated in the late 50’s and early ’60s, with the exposure of a number of different crimes that all featured letters, cards, and of course the ciphers of this group, as they chose to mask their operations behind the ritualistic killings that would drive fear into the minds of the local populations, and begin to build it’s own stigma that would skew the profile behind the official investigations, in which they would be overlooked as possible avenues in the investigations.

The Majestic 12 paperwork contained a number of relevant ciphers which masked the discussion of key elements of these operations as they were planned before the murders, and at the same time they were merely the continuation of older operations that had been building to a peak in their influence in the partnerships that were being made between the US and Israeli Governments.

As you can see from one of the original pages that is being questioned for its validity, there are clear signs that they were engaged in a “Perilous Enterprise”, tapping the Gold Mines of the Superstitions, in order to create a location in the desert of Nevada using the backing from the extraction of rich ore in that region.

Taking note that this discovery is one of the preliminary operations that were being conducted, it mentioned also Dr. George Hodel as one of the SMERSH/Israeli Operatives that were working to establish their cabal’s prowess in the political forums of that era.

Hodel’s son had for many years suspected that his father was involved in the Zodiac Killings, and he was partially correct, but as this will show, he was once known as Einstein’s most beloved geniuses and they had conferred together to target a number of people, including that of Alan Turning, as well as throughout the Dahlia Murders, up to the final act with the murder of the Somerton Man.

These are simple ciphers that encrypt the details of the messages passed along to others that were in the know about this technique, which I have found to be called an Old English Box Cipher, related to similar concepts that were used by Francis Bacon in the creation of his hidden messages in the King James Version of the Bible.

They rely on the word selection and letter positions of each, in order to be able to conceal a series of shortened/abbreviated/sounded out words, that are found to dance through a block of text in a paragraph within a normal-seeming letter.  The key to identifying a letter with these types of encryption is recognition of the abnormal use of words that were sourced through a thesaurus, that have a rare use in the common communications that people normally use in their writing styles, in which not many people have in their vocabulary.

The cipher mentioned the Gold Mines, the building of a factory in the desert, and the moving of the German Hannebu craft there to study their mechanics under the guise of Operation Paperclip, as well as describing Hodel’s roles in the Phillipines, in his associations with the WHO as a member of the “Vaccine Death Squad” as it was described in the stennos in this letter.

This letter also described the Peralta Stones as being a concoction of the cabal run by Meyer Lansky, in which they were planting them in order to try to lure people away from the Gold Mines that they harnessed for the building of their Gambling Empire in Vegas, and in other places where they conducted their business.

As Einstein had been working on their operations as a laison, and Agent communicating with the Rosenbergs, with Hodel as a remote Agent, he would create a number of letters that would be laced with ciphers.

One of the most famous letters, contained information that would expose the validity of these suspicions, as he would call himself “SET – THE MAD SIONIST”. 

This later would be echoed with the development of the Temple of Set Cult, led by Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, the person most fitting of the Lake Berryessa police profile sketch.

With this engaged as a format for the continuation of their previous operations, their cabal of racketeers had formed a loosely based alliance that would terrorize the entire globe with the planning that was found inside of these ciphers, expanding their Zionist objectives that had been founded over 150 years ago, with the first Business Plot that was hatched by JP Morgan in the Peralta Land Grab.

I was just featured in a Popular Mechanics article for my breaks in the Beale Ciphers, having exposed their original ploys and discovered the location of these specific Gold Mines in Arizona.

The cipher that Einstein created, shown in the attachment, relied on the patterning of the words used, as they repeated throughout, and drawing conclusions literally from them, you connect these points of reference throughout the letter, following the internal instructions in order to form the inverted pentagram that was seen to accompany his declaraions, which I have highlighted as examples.  Being so hidden elusively, you can only assume that when the center of the pentagram was found after drawing the lines, that the inclusion of the prase IM SET would reveal the use of this type of Box Cipher structure.

It mentioned Alan Turing, as he was the professional cryptographer and mathematician that they targeted in order to eliminate anyone that could possibly break their ciphers and codes, being known from his time spent at Princeton University.

I know all too well as I was born there myself.

Einstein had created a number of letters as well, as the World Zionist Congress was formed and gaining strength in their push to invade Palestine and take control over the Holy Land.

Being wrapped in their own guise, these letters would serve to deliver the instructions to their Agents in the field and as they communicated in the collusion between them, and as you will see, would escalate each time that they were found to have been exposed, or when investigations would gain momentum leading to suspicions that they were involved in something more than a few murders along the way.

These were “Talmudic” in their undertones, and had a number of key elements to them that would show they were using old manuals that were sourced from both Masonic and psuedo-religious texts.

As we approach the time line of the Zodiac Killings, preliminary operations were hatched to try to initimidate politicians so as to be able to take control over their positions in the Government.

The first of these killings that would expose their plans behind the Zodiac Killings began during the times that an Israeli Agent had been tasked with murdering couples on the beach in Santa Barbara, revealing the name of a suspect with a police profile sketch named “Sandy”.  Take note that these killings were done in order to inspire fear in the minds of the locals in Southern California, and with this they had established their first spree of murders with the use of a “Pen Name” of a suspect, modeled on the previous Majestic 12 ciphers that revealed their planning to develop a base of operations in Nevada, at a site that was said to have been built on “Sandy Soil”, as seen in the cipher of the Majestic 12 Group.

As Sandy was suspected of killing a man while in the presence of two other younger kids that he was hanging out with, he called himself Sandy, and he would also be suspected of being the same suspect that murdered the Domingo-Edwards couple on the beach.  Domingo is Sunday in Spanish, creating a subtle undertone of their Satanic Cult as they would begin to target Christians that were seen as “sheep” or “cattle” – Goyim to their cabal.

As another series of killings took place there with the murder of Sandra Garcia and John Hood, which would add additional inflection to the murders, the suspect would build a reputation for being a psychotic serial killer, having attacked them with a knife.

As Sandy was the only suspected individual that was known at the time, a number of other theories would play out around that era, in which none of them would hold weight.

As this would seem to be a time line of operations that featured internal affairs of a high degree of political collusion, and the addition of a lack of a suitable investigative body skilled enough to break these types of ciphers, they continued to use the classic methods of concealing information about their plans in plain sight, using the Old English Box Method.

With this affair engaged as a politically motivated series of killings, then President Kennedy would become increasingly more aware about the Israeli Nuclear Threat, as well as being compounded with the Cuban Missile Crisis unfolding. 

In order to remove him from office so that their cabal could take control over the direction of the policy making duties of the US Government as a member of the UN and NATO, they had to remove Kennedy to be able to initiate their plans.

This is when Donald Rumsfeld became a part of this investigation, with a letter that he wrote directly to Robert Kennedy, the Attorney General of California.

In it he would address the cipher – DEAR SET – and add the inflection of this being the FIRST DEATH – leaving it with the underlying theme saying – THE AMERICAN ZIONIST ISRAELI GOVERNMENT WILL WIN IN THE END

There is possibly more to be found in this type of array of selected words in their represent positions, but as you will see this is a re-occurring theme that carries on for some time afterwards. 

As this suspect was seen as being very young according to the witnesses that he was hanging out with when he killed the older man, he would eventually become a phantom, as the murders ended there. 

But shortly afterwards the President of the United States would be murdered as well.

As a number of witnesses would complicate their investigation, with many of them being killed during the window after their testimonials and statements before the Warren Commission was formed, one slipped through their hands and fled the scene, having been detained from the DalTex Building, with a Police Profile Sketch shown made of his face.

He is the same person that was seen in the Santa Barbara Murder.

As he was seen from a far off point he was confused as being an Italian hitman, but the objective look of his image, the overall traits, and the fact he was wearing glasses seem to match perfectly as the Agent that Israel had sent to target Kennedy with the US arranging the plans to scapegoat Lee Harvey Oswald as the patsy.

Now we all know how many theories have been propped up about these scandals and how it all points back to a group within these governments that were involved in the planning stages of very well known political assassinations, but to expand on this idea with the evidence found from Police Profile Sketches, you find there are a number of oddities that stand out that cannot be overlooked.

As these previous ciphers were seen to have been detailing the location of a series of Gold Mines from the Beale Ciphers, and later in the Majestic 12 Ciphers, you find that there were a number of very odd things that seemed to expose planning stages that led to the founding of this clandestine groups backing financially.

Naturally they were interested in tapping these mines over a period of time, and when they discovered that a man by the name of Frank Fish was in possession of the original maps to these locations, they moved to take control over these sites for their own interests, in the attempt to erase their existence from the record.

Frank Fish was found dead in his treasure hunting museum, after a series of phonecalls were made to him late at night to the main office where he lived in Amador City at the Amador Hotel.

A note was found by his side, that read out statements crudely written on the paper about the well being poisoned, but he was apparently killed with a self-inflicted gunshot.

Examining the note you find it is clearly one of suspicion of hosting a series of hidden messages about the motives behind the crimes and the person that murdered him.

It begins to speak about the man behind their Wet Work Operations, and an Assassin that will begin to have a re-occurring part in the whole affair of the Zodiac Killings. 

He too has a Pen Name – Forrest Fenn.

I arranged the statements from the note into a sheet of Graph Paper and from the positions of the letters in their proximity to others, I left the stennos as they were found, which are mostly arranged to speak of a sort of description of the man that would become an icon of the Temple of Set and the Church of Satan.

Additionally the cipher block is able to be used to host a descriptive second layer of stennos that read out as a map to the Gold Mines, that accentuate the information in the Beale Ciphers with missing parts, to better relay the directions to the starting point, which is seen on one of the older archived maps in the Superstitions Mountain museum, called the Cursum Perficio Map leading to the Peralta Mines.

As these blocks are designed specifically with the intention of delivering multiple layers of encrypted messages, they relied on the use of a rotating grille cipher, in which the pairs that appeared in the block are assigned and removed, with the rotation of the block to the right or left then used to deliver a new position, as it is relayed into the same format for a secondary examination of the positions of the text, in order to deliver the most plausible stennos in the array. 

The pairs here are arranged backwards in which they reveal a subtle message – ON DOPE TEE – concocted to naturally combat an illness.  The arrangement of the stennos in this format also seems to be laced with a number of Human Genome Codons, recognized as being from Candida Albicans, known to be a cause of Cancer.

In this case they specifically mention targeting Frank Gardiner Wisner of the OSS/CIA, as he was keen on the Majestic 12 Operations of the past, and they wanted to eliminate any recognition of these operations taking place.

He was found dead from a gunshot wound to the right temple, from his own son’s shotgun, apparently, in October of 1965 in Galena, Maryland.  Not exactly an easy shot to make with that type of weapon.

Wisner’s involvement with the OSS/CIA would allow him access to the most sensitive information that they wanted to conceal from the masses of investigators that were slowly gaining ground on the cabal behind the JFK Assassinations.

As you can see from his letter addressed to Thomas McPherson Brown in 1958, he mentioned his discussions with Gordon Gray, and from this letter he would also add a cryptic map of sorts that would show the path to take throughout the valley into the location of the Peralta Mines from the starting point.  This would be a sort of reply to the original paperwork that was filed on the Majestic 12 Group’s founding as shown in the posts above.

From the context of the Box Ciphers that were found inside of it, there was a massive reveal of information concerning a new Alien Disc that had been found crashed and taken to the Groom Lake facility in Nevada, in order to more clearly ascertain the function of it’s mechanics and to back engineer a number of later inventions from its design.

This was mentioned also in the Frank Fish letter, adding that its controls operated on Telemetry, as a trait of the identity of the man they were targeting having been privy to the designs and function of this craft, supposedly recovered from Kingman, AZ.

As their objectives ultimately were based on the spreading of this stigma around the globe in different locations, another oddity appeared just after the Frank Fish and Frank Wisner murders that would expose the person behind the CIA’s new operations as the head of their Cryptography Department – Ed Scheidt

This strange case was called The Lead Masks Killings in Brazil, as the victims were wearing a pair of crudely crafted lead sunglasses, appearing to be similar to the darkened glasses that were used during the Nuclear Bomb Tests, and were found in a region where there is also a place called Bio-Bio. 

A hint at the Biological Warfare Operations that were being planned to create the rampant spreading of a “Special Cancer Virus” during the MKNAOMI branch of their affairs.

A pair of New Age Scientists were found to have either suicided during a ritual, or were killed and left to be found with a note in their pocket in August of 1966 on Vintem Hill.

It was written in Portugese and when examined more closely you could see the use of this location had a certain inflection – HINT IN VIETNAM

Taking the text in Portugese and adding the English translation beneath it, it would expand the ciphertext in the block to be able to deliver a playbook of their upcoming affairs.

This breakdown identified the people associated with Frank Fish’s Museum and the other maps he gave to his friend, Erie Schafer. 

It goes on to identify operations being engaged to target Valerie Percy during Operation Bayonet, as well as the development of a ploy hatched by Bernie Sanders as a Syannim or Watcher for the Israelis, and identified him as the DalTex Shooter, and Lt. Col. Michael Aquino as the shooter on the Grassy Knoll that fired the fatal shot.

This is where Ed Scheidt is identified as the Cryptographer behind these operations that is considered SIGNIT Corps best in this field, specializing in Multiple Alphabetical Substitution Ciphers, or more plainly ciphers that can deliver a number of variable messages from the same ciphertext strand and different keys.

As many suspected that the Zodiac Killer seen in the usual Police Profile Sketch was also involved in other killings, he would be seen to have been one of the most rampant killers of this group, taking part in the murder of a pair of couples in Santa Barbara, JFK, and now Valerie Percy.

In the same fashion that he killed one of the couples on the beach stabbing them repetitively, he would enter into Valerie Percy’s home to murder her in her own bed.  A Bayonet suspected as being the murder weapon was found during the search in the area for evidence.

Later when also killing a woman named Sharon Bubes during the heights of the Student Protests coined the “Days of Rage” in 1966, Sanders would be idenitified by the mother that saw the killer, creating the illusion around the man they called the Barefoot Intruder.

During the most recent demand for the release of files in this case, as they are still sealed under court orders, the presiding judge’s name appeared in one of the articles and I made the attempt to contact the Court Clerk, informing the Judge that I had identified the killer.  She contacted the Kenilworth PD Detective on the case, and he and I had a long interview about the new evidence found in this case.

It was a VERY productive interview for the movement of these new cases into the spotlight behind these serial killings in Chicago, as Sanders was clearly going to college there during that era and fit every look and trait of the suspect.

He would also leave a message behind in Riverside later that same year, just a month later, in the Riverside Library on the Desktop Poem found during a search of the building’s storage areas.

Cheri Jo Bates was to be the next victim.

Now we step into the more well known era of the Zodiac Killings with the discovery of the Desktop Poem and the Bates Letters from Riverside.

With a number of interesting side notes about the release of the movie Psycho that same year, and the insiders that were probing around for information about the film’s details, the killing would take place in an effort to compliment the release of the movie, so as to create the illusion around the idea that a killer that was on the loose, amplifying the fear factor.

As he disabled her car, and was said to have been watching her, waiting for her to leave, he would have been brooding over the most recent murder of Valerie Percy, creating the context of the murder in the Desktop Poem and in the end of the poem he would leave the letters RH at the bottom as if a signature, to throw off anyone that followed his trail.

As you see from the Lead Masks Killings the cipher would deliver the word Syannim as SIAN, found in the only present combination of the letters in that block that describe his role.

If you take the RH and add the SI to the beginning and the AN to the end, it reveals a familiar name in the history of Riverside, CA.

It spells SI RH AN…..say it twice as if you are chanting or cheering and you get – SIRHAN SIRHAN

This is merely a word game that is easily seen to have a RHSIAN to it all, and the reasoning is that they are planning to create a series of chain mail ciphers that expand on the previously seen ones in their mix.  These are hints that are added specifically in a creative spin that is left without any other clue other than the examination of the previous ciphers, and the following ones that also have this kind of allure to them.

In the picture that I found online of the Desktop Poem, it shows that there is a faint erasure of the stain on the finish, in which the blank areas appear to look like a Miner’s Axe or that of an Ice Climber’s Axe.  Perhaps I am just imagining its importance, but take for instance this sort of inflection, and it would appear that he was trying to make the image of his face in the finish, and the image of the poem’s blank sections or the negative of the drawings appear as if from the tool used to Assassinate Trotsky in Mexico City, in a possible attempt to make the person seem to be a Communist out for vengeance.

My interpretation is based merely on the use of these images and subtle inflections throughout the ciphers and letters as if trying to throw off Profilers that would see them and be inspired by their meaning.

Now with the Bates Letters later mailed to three locations, including that of one of the family directly, it seems that the suspect was trying to intimidate the family as well as the general public, as well as the Police, threatening to kill more.

The obvious word play game in the last Desktop Poem and the later use of the large print of the letters were “child’s play”.

Shift the words BATES HAD and you get the phrase BAT ESHAD – which in Hebrew is known as a Female Collective or Group……run by Golda Meir in her directorate at Committee X.

With this type of obvious concealment you can follow the same reasoning through the letter as some of the individual letters seem to be stacked, or appear to take on possible double meanings.

TO DIE is easily seen as TO PIE, referencing the 4PI cult that was known at the time in some of the backstories mentioned with the Manson 1 and Manson 2 groups, as well as other “revolutionary” cults that had been formed as fronts for Agency Operations to spread chaos and fear.

Move further down and the phrase THERE WILL BE MORE can take on the look of the phrase THE RF WILL BE MORSE

The full message is then one of an alert to the impending approach of the next leg of their operations 

BAT ESHAD TO PIE

THE RF WILL BE MORSE

AND it was signed with a single letter Z….beginning the Zodiac Killer moniker theme.

The ciphers of the Bates letters held a specific Crooked Z signature at the bottom of the letters.

Most find there was a certain meaning to them that tied into the Zodiac Killings as the first murder he conducted, but this was merely a simple moniker image that had its own inflection, and a meaning that he was trying to decorate the letters with, in the use of its design.

He signed this with the intention of concealing a simple message inside of the written section, as you can block in the words TO THE RIPER in the letter, forming the idea behind the concept that their cabal was using an Old English Box Cipher structure.

Take a look at the Canonical Murders of Jack the Ripper, and then map them out in Whitechapel.

They form a Crooked Z as well.

40 Berner Street was the location of the Whitechapel Vigilance Committee Meeting Place.  The International Working Men’s Educational Club was a social and political venue for local Jewish socialist immigrants, and the site of one of the discoveries of a murdered woman.

Likewise the ciphers within the letters would detail the keys to breaking the Beale Ciphers, as well as detail the clues that the play The Mikado was used as a playbook, adding specific details that would be seen in each of the killings.  The Zodiac Killer would also use these themes in his letters to the newspapers, taunting police with the semantics that would build an equally confusing meaning in the minds of the investigators, as they could not find a meaning for the use of this concept.

They would identify one of the suspects from the murders as being Charles Reeves, one of the members of the Vigilance Committee.  CharlesReevesTheRipper 

He would play a role in a number of the murders throughout the killing sprees they took part in as members of the newly formed World Zionist Congress, as they were engaged in a “Perilous Enterprise” of a number of investments in the region.  Their associates secretly were networked through Morse Code transmissions of ciphers from the Knights of the Golden Dawn, in their communications with the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn in London.  Reeves would act as one of their Agents conducting their “Work”, and was under the employ ultimately of JP Morgan, the ringleader of this affair.
