With the period of time that spanned between these murders being very close together, it would seem that a number of trips were taken from different parts of the country, as he was in Southern California for the first 5, in Dallas for the JFK Assassination, and then later in Chicago for another 2, and then into the Southern California area to murder Cheri Jo as the first letters were mailed.  Many suspected that this was not the profile of the same killer, simply because in the past historical serial killings that took place, most remained centered in one area.

With these randomly seeming murders and politically motivated killings taking place all over the country, you would find that there was a more eminent meaning to all of them that centered around the time frame surrounding the “Revolutionary” Social Democratic Movements in the US, and that he seemed to try to intimidate figures in Law Enforcement and Media to obey his commands.

With the Cheri Jo Bates Letters in 1966 came the Confession Letter that was mailed to the Riverside PD that same year.

This would contain a specific cipher that had multiple functions.  One that is addressed in the attachment is the use of a “Slant”, in which the angle moving through the letter diagonally would relay the information about his next target, contained in a fluently spoken series of Old English Box Ciphers.  He even adds his own name in the matrix of the text block formed from the letter.

As you can clearly see he admits to murdering Cheri Jo and at the same time plots to murder the Civil Rights Leader – Martin Luther King.

As King was under surveilance, another letter would be sent to him with a recorded tape of the wiretapped conversations he was having with members of his cabal, just like Rumsfeld’s was mailed to RFK detailing the planned Assassination of JFK. 

This was said to have exposed his role in the upcoming Washington Spring event, as a Zeitgeist was being staged to escalate hostilities against the current administrations, in an attempt to take over the Democratic Party, and plant Socialists in place of their elect in different locations around the country.

With the members of the echelon in the US Government both playing along with their roles and at the same time working with them to try to usurp any attempt they made to gain footing in the US, it began a trend that would be seen as a double cross, shown in a number of the letters.

They were blackmailing eachother into silence concerning the affairs that each were taking part in at the same time, while they were coordinating these affairs.  These were seen as Psychological Warfare Operations that were tied to the CoIntelPro of the FBI and the CIA, so naturally after the Assassination of MLK, the King family would try to accuse them in order to take control over the momentum they built along the way, backed by Communist Party Members.  It was obvious that King was recruited by their cabal of Zionists to conduct a number of affairs, and in doing so had formed a group of close attaches that would take part in parties and gatherings that were far from being considered religious.

The letter would conceal an OE Box Cipher format in the initial segment, and then in the lower sections would also show a more relevant series of instructions that would seem to detail the use of the Adrenochrome from the Pineal Gland of their victims, as a new form of drug for their cabal to use.

It was addressed with an insult – KING WAKA – SANDER NOT SANDI WILL KILL DR. DUNG

Leaving these details behind they would try to make it seem that King was being pressed to commit suicide, but they were trying to get him to flee and leave the country, or else they would publish the information.

As any investigative journalist would naturally be interested in the whole story, a number of articles and research projects would omit one or another detail to try to conceal the motives behind these affairs, but as you can see I have presented the entire story, right down to the origins of this affair, as King was actually recruited under the instructions of Dr. George Hodel.

With these operations engaged in between the Zodiac Killings, they used the murders to drop information to their teams of Agents that were planning more of their political affairs.

As Hodel was once known to have been involved in the Black Dahlia Killings, and because he pretty much got away with it, even though his own son mentioned that he was involved and even suspected that he had a part in the Zodiac Killings directly, it would be seen that he had been retired in his WHO position with the UN during these affairs.

Taking part in the vaccinations of a number of citizens from other countries around the world, primarily in Philippines and Tibet, it began the movement into other regions for the CIA’s operations that would follow.

With his role initially meant to be part of the Russian SMERSH Nuclear Spy Ring as I showed in the previous Einstein ciphers, we see that there were a number of different angles that were being used to keep any patterning from being identified in the repetition of these operations.  You can see them broken down here at GeorgeHodelNuclearSpy

If you look closely, one letter from the Black Dahlia Avenger Cards that was mailed during the investigations would be considered a source of information about how King was recruited by their cabal of Communists.

They knew that their biological agents would slowly create illnesses and side effects, as they immunized kids against a certain disease, so they added ingredients to them secretly so that they would be able to capitalize on the therapy that was being offered at the time.  This is mentioned specifically in the Majestic 12 ciphers as his role, and will also be seen later in the Z340 Cipher.

In this card when laid into the graph paper, it delivers the messages about their interests of killing children through mass innoculation during these affairs through the WHO. It also mentioned that they had planned to open a new prison in Chicago, as well as recruiting King for the upcoming Washington Spring operations.

Of all the people that you would want to be your doctor, ask yourself, would you choose someone that had been under investigation for murdering his own secretary?

In order to harness the influences that were made to act as a buffer for their cabal to operate freely, they had to portray them as victims of Anti-Semitism, and associate with other “minorities” in the Civil Rights Movement to be able to use their movement to gain footing in the regime change efforts that were planned to take place.

As they intended to murder King, they would then have the chance to harness him as an Icon, making a number of promises through their appeals in the Democratic Party that never were made manifest……as basically they built him up, created the stigma of Racism, and at the same time used it to manipulate the progress of a number of important objectives of the US to fit with their own interests of profiteering.

Now we reach the point in April of 1968 when the investigation is taking off with the King Assassination, as later that year the Zodiac Killings in San Francisco begin to start appearing with the murder of couples that are engaging in their romantic get-togethers, seemingly to build a suspicion of a loner that has been rejected by society in some fashion.

A shy guy that would be brooding over killing, and have the ability to elude capture, seeming to have planned his murders out with a degree of intelligence concerning how investgators would pursue him afterwards.

He was even pictured in the CCTV Videos that were taken of the suspect when he was apprehended by the police in the aftermath of the King Assassination……

With these videos capturing only the side of the profile of the shooter, they would also detail the fact that he was pretty much the same younger person seen in the previous profile sketches, and that he was dressed up to appear as if he was James Earl Ray.  The video was released on NBC, and when seen in its entirety, you find that the inital scenes are that of a man being filmed on a plane, and then taken into the holding cell to be booked.  His shirt is being taken off, and he is seen as being taller than the officers.

Oddly enough only then was the scene changed to show the images of Ray being brought into the station, as if he was a second person in the affair, one that was much shorter than the officers.  This is how Ray was scapegoated in the same fashion as Oswald was made a patsy, having helped to deliver the rifle in the same fashion as Ray was used in Memphis.

As the killings took place in the Bay Area starting in the late summer/early fall of 1968, you find that each would begin with a degree of anonymity, as the ciphers and letters would appear afterwards, while later on during the killings the letters would appear to detail previous killings, and mention that they were planning to kill more.

The odd part is that at one point the letters were void of any information that would relate to a killing in the Bay Area.  They would serve as a series of instructions to the Agents that were involved in the murders.

This builds the suspicion that they had been killing in other regions as well, after the initial Canonical Killings took place.

As all people know, the Z408 would be the first series of ciphers that were made in three parts, intending to bring the media together to force them to share information, forming a general concensus behind the murders.  This was one of the tricks that were used to create the illusion of a single person who was responsible for all of the killings.

Later the realization would begin to be formed around the fact that the letters seemed to be written by different people, having different handwriting styles, and even different tones in their letters which appear to be discussing a variety of topics related to political interests.

This is where a number of additional influences are shown in the concealment of information that is hidden behind the Z408.  As the Hardens were able to break down the cipher in a weekend, using a fairly complicated Homophonic alphabet, likewise they missed two key elements of its design that were even more important than the context that was generated from their initial break.

The context of the cipher would decorate the suspect’s desired profile for police to portray, with the media backing it up as a “Serial Killer” on the loose in San Francisco.

1) The cipher’s Homophonic plaintext results would conceal Box Ciphers that would detail the affairs behind a number of additional branches of their operations, including the movement into Italy, in the creation of a Money Laundering scheme through the Vatican.  TheMonsterOfFlorence .  This being a mirrored operation, the same techniques and the same cult affair were taking place in both the US and Italy at the same time.  Additionally the Box Ciphers were not only listing details about Aquino taking on this role, but also contained a secondary layer, that revealed the information behind Sanders’ roles.

The first layer is shown below.

With these type of ciphers hosting dual layers, an additional breakdown can be seen in the second layer, that shows the exact context of both sides of the operations.

Likewise there is information yet in a third layer…..

The third layer would detail the affairs that were taking place in Vermont, surrounding the Rock of Ages Quarry used as a graveyard, as well as there being a number of additional ciphers that would coordinate their use of this site, in the Z13 and 13 Hole Punch Card Ciphers, using the information in the Fairfield Letter, which specifically mentioned the name of the State where he fled to after the murders in San Francisco and Reno.

As they were engaged in trafficking Drugs into LA and San Fran, they would need a place to launder the money, and chose to network through the Archbishop Marcinkus in the Vatican, and through Banco Ambrosiano in Italy. “God’s Banker” would eventually be found hanging from the Blackfriar Bridge in London with bricks in his pockets.

This layer of instruction would show how to use the later cipher templates along with a splice of the abbreviations from the Scottish Masonic Rite Manual to expand their series of messages.

The Z408 would host a series of symbols combined with ciphertext that when separated, held a massive reveal that had been overlooked.

In the corner of each of the segments was the phrase –

In the first segment you could easily see when the symbols were removed the phrase –

This was not all that was found in the ciphertext in a plaintext read of the letters that remained after separating the symbols.

Expanding on the initial discoveries in the attachment above, there were additional phrases that were found in all three of the segments separately, detailing the stages of their operations as they expanded.

And it gets even better……

They had been so creative in the design of the Z408 that you will clearly see that the only possible person responsible for its creation would be a master cryptographer with years of experience.

Ed Scheidt was mentioned in the past Lead Masks breakdown, showing that he specialized in MASC Ciphers – Multiple Alphabetical Substitution Ciphers, or otherwise known as a Polyalphabetical Substitution Cipher.

As they intended to deceive the public with the easy break of the Homophonic being the most prevalent choice to break down the entire letter using all the ciphertext and symbols, it left an 18 letter strand at the end that would boggle minds.  This generally means that it is not the main plaintext reveal and is considered an incomplete secondary variable.

With the development of most Homophonic Ciphers, you need to create a key that uses a variable series of alphabets to be used to offer up possible solutions, but this is not really the most reliable, as you saw it yourself.  You have to be able to show a consistent plaintext reveal of some sort that relies on the original ciphertext and with the addition of a key, reveals a more thorough underlying message.

Ed Scheidt had created one of the most complex versions of a cipher with the Z408 delivering a number of possible breakdowns that all offered up details that were consistently used to reveal segments of their operations.  The remaining 18 letters was found to be the key itself.

It took me a bit to reason with the possible techniques used to encrypt this cipher in its entirety, but after seeing there were blocks of ciphertext and symbols in their own symmetrical structure that were separated, I realized that there were a number of possible ways to break them.

After testing a few techniques, I realized he was using a Tablula Recta with a Key Phrase used to shift the alphabets with the insertion of it in the first column vertically.

In order to achieve this and completely derange the letter patterning to elude frequency examinations, you have to develop a phrase that is composed of random letters that sometimes will repeat, in order to be able to deliver the secondary Homophonic cipher as well when you add the symbols.  It has to also be 26 letters long, or there will be an easily revealed Shift Key.

So in looking at the 18 letter long leftover strand of the Homophonic, I realized that there were 8 letters missing.

After comparing the 18 letters to the text found in the Bates Letter, I realized that there was an exact difference of 8 letters that had not been used.

I took the text of the Bates Letter and relaid them top-to-bottom, left-to-right, and found the remaining letters from this block to be – DLARSOBT

When examined together with the 18 letters in a graph paper grid, how most cryptographers examine text blocks, it revealed a phrase – DELIBER BLAISE – SOBIET METHOD

This is the mention of a Vigenere Tableau with the use of a technique called Russian Copulation.

Ed Schiedt had literally used the text from the Bates Letter to create the Z408, and in doing so, used it to confirm that the Z408 was an authentic part of their chain mail between the Israeli and US teams.

This is the absolute best evidence that the Bates Murder was part of the Zodiac Killings.

It is irrefutable at this point, but it even goes further than that.

With the information from the letters used to deliver a secondary breakdown with the use of a Shifted Vigenere Tableua, or more plainly a Tabula Recta with a 26 letter Key inserted in the first column, the ciphertext was aligned to an eleven letter block of lines, and put through the Tableau.

Here is the Tableua with the shift applied.

Now here is the result when you relay the text blocks into an 11 letter long block of three separate sections.

Instead of reading IM KUIK BRRK it now reads IM KUIK BOX in a slanted position on every last line.

These are the results of entering the text into the Vigenere as a test of the use of this method.

With these ciphers delivering the illusions around their operations, masked behind the ritual killings of their cabal that was engaged in Drug Trafficking and Money Laundering in the late 60s and early 70s, a number of people would start to notice how strange these ciphers seemed, having a number of misspelled words in them.

Doing a little experimentation will eventually lead to a use of these oddities on their own, as it was known that the Zodiac would use a signature of his work in almost every cipher.

I took the misspelled words, and created a rotating box cipher from their layout.  At the end, after removing the pairs and rotating them to the right, the had a final read of a few letters – A UFO MICH

Using the pairs in their represent order and then splicing in each of the 18 letters of the Z480’s leftover strand, I was able to deliver a more clearly sounded out phrase that complimented this quagmire.

It mentioned phrases like – RARE AEROPLANE – ET TEAM – HIGH PRIEST – TEMPLE OF SET – LORD

Which you will see compliments the theme behind the first segment – A UFO MICH – and later when the President of the American Cryptogram Association tried to intervene to get the Zodiac to give his name in a cipher, he revealed the phrase AKEENO KOMMON NAME in the direct read and simple shift of the Z13 My Name Is _____ Cipher.

Together these tidbits add up to an immense amount of information as the CIA’s OXCART Project at Groom Lake was taking off, creating an entire Mach 3+ spy plane out of Titanium, at the location that was suspected of concealing a number of downed/crashed Alien Disc Craft.

Granted they are not the direct technical breakdowns I showed in the last few posts, but imagine if these were all seen together in comparison…..it would be groundbreaking.

With the discoveries so far, patterned in the way that leaves the impression of a group of Intelligence Agents conducting Wet Work Operations across a time line, so many ciphers would be produced during this period that it would usurp any documentaries that shows even the most in-depth covert operations that were conducted in secret in the past……but as these Agents had no ability to use official channels to communicate, in fear that they would be exposed, they were forced to develop a series of ciphers that could be broadcast via Morse Code on the EAM Channels.  The Bates Letters would read – BAT ESHAD TO PIE – THE RF WILL BE MORSE

These “Z” Channels are numbered – and the Z408 and Z340 were two of the frequencies used.

The numbers were chosen as a reminder of their ability to remain anonymous and target even the most reputable politicians.

The numbers of the channels used were taken from the frames in the Zapruder Film…..as it would reveal the existence of a person that was standing on the field next to the Presidential Limousine holding an older film camera…..this was said to have been William Webster.

The Z408 would show a Secret Service Agent climbing onto the motorcade as Jackie-Onassis was reaching back to grab something.

But the Z340 would pause the frames during the Assassination right when the fatal shot was fired that struck Kennedy.  We already know that it was from the front behind the fence of the Railroad Yard, by a man dressed as an Officer protecting the Boxcar that had barrels of weapons marked for delivery to Zapata Oil’s Offshore Rigs near Cuba, in preparation for the arming of rebels there. 

Zapata Oil was a holding of George Bush Sr. and Rumsfeld was once his right hand man during these affairs.

With these ciphers produced in a specific fashion, they would generally hold similar context in their succession, and in the case of the Z340 it would seem to hold true to this standard, used to confirm the authenticity from the sender, in case there were some other parties that tried to entrap their Agents from adding their own ciphers to the mix to thwart them and lead them into a trap.

They played out almost every scenario available strategically and added steganos in all the right places to provide a layer of information with mapping systems included.

In the basic layout of the Z340 were a number of operations planned to target children with vaccinations, echoing the previous WHO operations that Hodel had managed to establish.  Now they planned it openly showing that they were intending to create Cancer from their development of new Flu Shot Vaccines, and poisoned foods with carcinogenic additives.

Hidden elements began to appear showing their trafficking routes from San Diego over the border, as well as their intention of mapping out a region in Los Angeles to harness the Ports there for their shipments of Cocaine, as San Francisco was being used as a transfer station for the offloading of dead GI’s from Vietnam who’s body cavities were used as mules for Heroin from the Golden Triangle.
