The Church Hearings had bought them some time, with Goldwater attempting to steal the show and protect Aquino, as Leahy would be working to protect Sanders, with each side trying to advance their own objectives throughout this affair, spreading their influence across a wide platform of cities.
In the 1980’s a series of murders were taking place with the abduction of children in Atlanta, and a couple of letters were mailed, which detailed the criminal operations of their cabal expanding their East Coast Trafficking operations.
As they wanted to monopolize the Drug Trade they used these killings in Atlanta to induce fear in the minds of the people, and to try to lure attention for Law Enforcement to have a reason to patrol in the areas, eventually scaring off their dealers from the increase in their presence.
The development of these East Coast ciphers were made with the use of a Zenith, as they were truly using older ideas taken from the Baconian Era of the Advancement of Learning, with the use of the Old English Box Cipher structure, Anagrams, and a number of classic templates like the Vigenere Tableuas with the shifted Key Phrases.
In the cipher of the Z408, you will find the keys relating to the use of an older Mnemonic Abbreviation used in the Masonic Initiation Rites and in the use of the 18 letters – EBEORIETEMETHHPITI – you find an easy read of the cipher would describe the phrase “BEFORE I ATTEMPT THE PIT READ THE TEMPEST”. The read of the phonically sounded out phrases would read through and then return to the center of the strand to complete the message. With each maneuver they planned they included intentional inflections that would be used to direct their interpretation, as the forefathers of this method developed the “Persher Code” systems, used to create subtle undertones that brought inspirations to their Learned Masters.
As the Cabal before them had been working on bringing themselves into the forefront of Science and the Engineering of Industry, to herald the next era of financial monopoly over the progress of the countries that they planned to overtake, with Assassinations and Popular Uprisings, they also meant to horde the classical knowledge in their own archives, in order to maintain their own continuum of generations after them, while literally plotting to evolve the masses of the commoners with influences that would generate an ethos around their new form of expansion and it’s elusive type of patriotism, allowed only for a few elite to command.
It was known in some ranks of the DoD and CIA as Project Monarch, and relied on segregating the masses of people by their intelligence quotients, leaving most to wonder why they had such meaningless lives, and were made subservient to this objective. As they planned to instill “imposters” in the kingdoms around the globe, they also planned to corrupt their lineages to dethrone them. Hence the use of the Keywords MAJESTIC to launch these branches of their objectives.
Bringing an end to the Classic Period around the turn of the Century, with the inception of these wars planned out in the late 1880’s, the Intelligence Community would follow the objectives of the Confederates of Old. They adorned themselves with iconic trinkets of their orders, and adapted rituals to attempt to place a Curse on the people, claiming to be bringing the “Wrath of God” with them if they weren’t appeased.
As the Millenium approached, they knew that there were evolutionary cycles that existed, and that they would be faced with the awakening of the people in a religious nature that was partly due to the coming era that culminated with the end of a Mayan Solar Cycle, and the approaching prophecies of the Universal Monarch Uproar (every 100 years), combined with a Buddha Uproar (every 1000 years). In these texts are the references that would literally cause their Cabal to fear their own destruction, and they concealed their plans in a number of ways as they plotted to take control over the evolution of the Human Species, and commit acts of Genocide, developing Biological Agents that were alien to our Genomes.
They mastered many of these sciences along the way and even planted agents at Ivy League Schools, creating leagues of members sworn to the secrets of an agenda that not even they knew about, as the mass of these ideals were concealed as mere pieces of a larger objective they had planned to claim the inheritance over.

Their Zenith relied on the concealment of parts of this prophecy that was going to be fulfilled by a Prince, who they felt would be born to bring about the battle of Armageddon. They had to try to “Curse” humanity and erase all of the ethics that had been created to provide for the masses, in order to convince people their path was a better one, forcing it on a number of others through the instillment of restrictive laws, depraving people of their Civil Liberties.
At least that is what they had hoped would happen.
They thought that they could devise a way to intercede and misdirect the masses, and to corrupt them, manipulate them, and force them to create wars with eachother. These were documented in the plans in the Beale Ciphers and the works of the Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion that were even archived in the FBI’s websites. With a string of ciphers that were documented in over 140 years of this evolutionary schism, the eventual end of their era of subversion and conspiracy would come to an end, leaving all things in a state of obvious transparency.
In this battle between light and dark, they tried to harness a number of occult and ritual themes that they thought would empower them to be able to overthrow the rulers of a number of Nations.
But in all their sacrifice they never realized that their own lifespans would limit them so, as to leave them with nobody to herald this objective after they passed.
They were that “Tilted”.
In order to accomplish this goal after WWII they tried to study the spritual nature of the Human Species, and with this affair encompassing a number of studies of the occult so as to be able to costume themselves as a pseudo-religious cult, called the Temple of Set.
As they networked with Actors and Entertainers in their affairs, they began to develop newer broadcast technologies that they thought could work to “control” the population, and made attempts to learn how to dissimenate information through the media, so that a daily sequence of events would take place that left the population expecting the Government to take the initiative to curb any of these types of affairs from taking place. Promise after promise was made, but only with the intention of stalling the progress of the population.
Aquino would be seen as a major influence in these affairs, as he was later escalated to a higher authority in the DoD, and formed manuals about “Mind War” operations. He would claim that he had been a friend of Jackie Onassis Kennedy, and that he had been working with people like Sammy Davis Jr. He would appear on Geraldo and Oprah, openly showing the public that the Military had taken control over the Democracy that our Nation was founded on, and that we were his subordinates in his cabal’s plans to use them for their own interests.
It spread rampantly through many ranks of Law Enforcement and became a stigma that people had talked about but were never able to realize as having these massive implications around the Globe, until people began to form documents about their affairs, and piece together their avenues of research, as the Government would discredit any of them as mere “theories”.
As you can see my research is far more than just a theory.
Now the Zodiac Killer, or the team of Agents tasked with these operations, would be made to develop a 4Pi cult having moved their apparatus into the 4 Corners of the US……
At this point they had moved into the NE Kingdom of Vermont with operations at the Rock Point School, and a series of other relevant murders that took place in that vicinity that all shared the mark of this beast.
They had moved into other regions as well in the East Coast, and when it became apparent that they had replicated the affairs in San Francisco and the LA regions in these new areas, they adapted a number of different associations with political pundits.
One was Joeseph Biden, who said his oath of allegiance to this cabal in 1972…..
It is said that many of their pundits would follow suit, and in doing so had formed themselves around the objectives of the collaboration with Israel in the ideals of the former members of the World Zionist Congress, now under direction of Golda Meir, with the Agents Bibi Netanyahu, and Ehud Barak being two of their main players in this Most Dangerous Game.
When the Atlanta Child Killer had struck, two sets of letters were made that detailed their plans to target the kids and move to control the Drug Trade, and also with these objectives, established their Political partnerships with statements in the letters that were mailed in.
This would be a simple letter that would accompany the Zodiac Letter, which was a threat to kill more children with the statements about forced Bussing policies that would bring African American kids to predominantly white school districts.
The “OTHER HAND” was basically a hint at a drawn image that would be easily used to route the layout of a Block of Text into a 13 Letter array.
You can see clearly that there are lines of text layed out that seem to be anagrammed into legible phrases that were abbreviated into stennos in a form of a poetic dirge.

With these simple instructions that would only be known then to their cabal, expanding on their operations, I would begin to map out the whole affair afterwards, backtracking to the early 70’s when Biden was made a part of their cabal.
As the Badlands Letter, signed “A Citizen”, was sent out earlier, it used a specific set of monikers and symbols that would be later found almost copied exactly in their design in the Freeway Phantom Card, which relayed information about their planning to “topple my people”, or basically take over the US Government.
As there is a lot of speculation about who specifically in their team authored each of the letters, the obvious use of Crosses for the word AND, had the inflection and tone of being from Rafael Bienvenidos Cruz y Diaz. He was the immigrant from Cuba that was made a citizen, working as a Mining and Mineral Explorations specialist.
The Atlanta Zodiac Letter would also detail the use of the word ZODIAC, spelled with numbers to appear to read as 20 – DIAC….
There would be a strong reference shown in his use of creative and basic twists on edits of these themes behind the “Revolution” that he would be partly involved in working to establish.
The comparison with the handwriting in his use of a number of different styles would also appear in his letters and cards, as he was known to have been associated with Sidney Gottlieb at Lockheed, and would be a prime suspect for being more of a shadow agent, as Sanders and Aquino were in the spotlight.
The Freeway Killer would take a number of children in DC, and in doing so, create the stigma around the serial killings in that region that seemed to be tied to Cruz’s role in this region as a hidden element of their cabal.
This was a difficult card to break, but there were raise number 4 that revealed the length of the layout of the blocks, and there was also a hint in an Old English Box Cipher segment that read out in a rotating read –

It would then breakdown to read out about a Coy Plan and that he was the person that had executed the Plane Heist in the DB Cooper scandal.
It was confirmed at this point that it was Cruz that had been tasked with the operations in this region.
He would also be known as the Red Phantom from the Count Marco letter. I did not work to break down this letter but merely assigned it in the same category of the others of this grouping.
With this affair engaged on the East Coast they would arrange a number of Ports to be used to deliver inbound shipments of Cocaine and Heroin.
In the Halloween Card you can see clearly that Cruz’s name appeared in the design, using the hint – I FEEL IT IN MY BONES – YOU ACHE TO KNOW MY NAME
The use of the inverted Cross would reveal the maker was Cruz and had a Satanic inflection.
The letter’s cryptogram would break down to read –

With the array centered around the NE location in White River Junction, the affair would become the centerpoint of a long-running operation in the later years of their expansion. The map would lay out from this point using symmetrical rays shown in the attachment.
Moving into St. Petersburg, Atlanta, and DC, they wanted to establish a Norfolk Location and in doing so would commemorate their operations with a series of letters after the Halloween Card, Atlanta Bussing Letter, and Freeway Phantom Card.
This began the layout that was filled in at times throughout their operations with different themes, as they wanted to conceal the fact it was tied to the same Zodiac operations after the Church Hearings had taken place.
This would eventually lead to the expansion of their cult as well as they would select from a number of others during this era to take on the roles that they had founded, and as you can see even the locations where the LISK Killer had dumped bodies would be seen in this array.
It would help to confuse law enforcement and help to subtantiate their control over members of their cult that were slowly being inducted with perks provided from their distribution networks.
In 1986 the Colonial Parkway Murders were taking place with the murder of couples in this area surrounding their development of the Norfolk region of Ports……the placement of the letter over the city, and the adjustment of the angle of its position would line up a single dot, and the etched out words would show the exact location of where their killings would take place on both sides of the bay.
This would also be confirmed with the letters SFPD being overlaid to appear as if the word Suffolk, and the roads were numbered 100 and 13 in the area surrounding this central point of reference.
It all fit like a well founded plan that had been executed over a period of time.
The other issue with these later letters is the underlying theme that was found inside of them, laced inside the layouts of the word selections and their letter positions, as it would deliver one of the most complex of their array during this period, simply because they had gotten more creative over time and were able to master the use of this technique.
Here is the information behind the LISK Killings, mentioning the man that was selected for this affair in that region.
Another being that of the Il Mostro abductions of the girls from the Vatican and Rome, Emanuella Orlandi, and Mirella Gregori. There was a mirror operation being engaged that would take the lives of a number of people throughout this period in Florence.
Their names would appear detailed with Aquino being the suspect engaging in the delivery of currencies and gold that was laundered through the Banco Ambrosiano by the American Archbishop Marcinkus.

The German Yogtze killing……it is suspected that a man was researching one or another of these cases and someone had been feeding him intel to lure him into the open when he was ran off the road in Germany’s most famous case.
The 1987 Letter would detail the operations that were used in the famous hack of the television feeds during the Max Headroom affair.
It would also serve as a map to the location where Russel Bovit was abducted from at his Last Resort Farm in Vermont, as Ben and Jerry’s were forming their enterprise, buying up nearly all of the milk from the region’s farmers…..it is an odd case for sure, but the later details in Kryptos at Langley, conceived a year later during the planning for the creation of the Art Installation in the courtyard with the famous cipher. It would show information about these specific affairs and others that took place at later times.
Arranged over the centerpoint at White River Junction, and using the inner alignments of these steganographic points of reference, it would lead to the location where it was shown that Bovit was buried.
