Operation Wrath of God would begin shortly afterwards with an invasion of Lebanon led by Bibi Netanyahu in Drag as a woman, and Ehud Barak acting as his/her escort. It was used to enact vengeance operations with targeted killings of members of the PLO and PFLP…..and since that day they have been constantly bombing and invading territory around Lebanon’s border with the occupied territories of Palestine.

With the situation at hand growing in its obvious patterning, the Senate and House were gearing up for the Church Hearings, and as they were collecting information for their case to be built against the members of the Intelligence Community, namely the CIA, others were getting tired of being exploited and were speaking up from inside of their organization.
They were preparing a series of witnesses that would testify as to the nature of their Domestic Operations and specifically the Assassinations of JFK, MLK, and RFK.
One specific member of this team that held an oversight position was Patrick Leahy, from Vermont, who cast his first vote to begin in the investigations into their affairs as a new Senator. Although he would seem to have been concerned about the CIA’s rogue activities, the investigations into this case would see a number of sterilized documents redacted as well as a number of players taking the stage that began their push to influence the decisions made, in order to conceal the pivotal information behind these operations from coming to light.
One factor in this situation is clear, that the Zodiac Killer had fled across the country and was hiding in Vermont.
The letters of the Zodiac Killer had been constantly sent into the news and to police, in which they had detailed a mass of killings that were taking place, but in the later correspondences none could be found in the San Francisco area to match the details that were seen, and only speculation remained as to the purpose of these letters.
It would become even more apparent seeing the Donna Lass card called the Peek Through The Pines card, which specifically had been edited from a flyer for a real estate company that had a location in Vermont as the first hint, at what was taking place. It would show a simple map of his trail into a region of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and expose the location of her remains using the images made from the Bus Bomb letter, which clearly had been used as a roadmap of the downtown area. The Bleeding Knife of the Zodiac would also show a region that had a bog in a lower elevation that was en route to the location where it detailed the site of her burial.
You can tell from the design that he had left San Francisco for Reno, and would be naturally fleeing the investigations that had become more focused on the suspicions that there was more than one suspect involved.
Using the Fairfield letter as a proof of this suspicion, I extracted some key elements that showed how the suspect would be moving across the country and how he had declared that he was going to “Go for the GoVerment Life”, misspelling the word Government intentionally, adding a specific design to the letter V that would segregate the words to sound like a political rally cheer – GO VERMENT. The V was seemingly taken from the design of the Vermont Transit Line’s logo.
As the Fairfield Letter was seen as a non-enitity throughout these investigations, a number of researchers like Morf, would search through the numerous cases and expose the fact that specific files were held from the public during the reports of these investigations, as they would conceal details that could not be overlooked.
A ton of information in this saga was kept from the public as a massive political takeover was being planned from behind the scenes at the same time.
When the ACA President worked with authorities to get the suspect to give his name in a cipher, he responded with the Z13 cipher. This would naturally be one of the hardest ciphers to crack, but having worked to expose the name of one of the agents from the plaintext read of the ciphertext strand, it revealed a number of other key points from the use of the previous Z340 Tableau, acting as a part of the array of pieces they separated, with each letter hosting only a few details.
With the entry of the ciphertext into the tableau, it would reveal the existence of a location in Vermont abbreviated as WRJ – White River Junction. It would go onto also name other areas that surrounded it for reference.
Acting as a centerpoint of their murders in the East Coast, they would have designed an array surrounding this city in the same fashion as they did in Dublin, CA, and using the succession of letters that followed, would reveal they were planning to move through the coast establishing more ports to traffic their goods.
The Fairfield letter held this new design in its layout, differing from the other ciphers in that it included 4 Quadrants surrounding the moniker Zodiac symbol, with one concealing a series of 6 ciphertext characters in the upper left corner, where Hercules sat in the Z340.
This would lead to the layout of the centerpoint on the town of White River Junction, and add OKEMO as a keyword of reference for the SW corner, adding two other mountain towns and ski resorts, Jewel Hill in the NE, and then Sunapee as the last in the lower SE corner.
These constructs were used to delineate the location of the hidden Rock of Ages Quarry on Sanders Rd., mentioned in the Z408.
Taking notice of these ciphers and their layout, another card was mailed called the 13 Hole Punch Card.
It would feature writing over differently designed images that were added, with a cross and a series of hole punches on the right side.
Mostly these were hints as to the events that took place there, as they used it as a burial ground of the children they had abducted in Vermont from the Rock Point School at the Catholic Diocese.
The details would read –
YOU’LL HATE ME BUT I HAVE TO TELL YOU – SOME OF THEM FOUGHT – IT WAS HORRIBLE
And THE PACE ISN’T ANY SLOWER! – IN FACT IT’S JUST ONE BIG THIRTEENTH
As you see from the layout of the card as a silouette over the property, the number 13 is seen in the design of the roads there on the grounds of the Quarry, and there are actually a number of Lime/Water Pits that are oriented vertically to the right as a scale reference, to show where the kids were buried after they were abducted and murdered, by aligning these symbols to their represent landmarks.
With this symbolic gesture, the Zodiac had committed his first murders in Vermont in a ritual that would network him in masonic lore, adding more influence to the local Government through his appeals over time to become a local politician, that rode on the tails of the people’s will, as he took control and misdirected their efforts.
From Mayor to House of Representatives, to finally a Senator….this information would be his down fall during the two Presidential Campaigns he made recently, as he was exposed for his roles in this decades old affair, as a proletariat of the continuation of the Zionist objectives that were plotted out to take hold in the Middle East throughout this era, building the support for the formation of the Israeli State.
The Quarry in its design would host a pareidolic image that would appear to be a monster with the letters ISIS spelled from the walls of their marble pits.
But in reality throughout all of these antics, and throughout all of the threats they made, the suspects were literally the easiest to route out into the open, simply by using the tools that were available at the time.
I had become a somewhat reknown cryptographer and joined the American Cryptogram Association’s Annual Convention in 2017, hosting the annual convention in Burlington, right under his nose.
After all was said and done, Sanders would even be ostracized by the same groups of Zionists that were engaged in their previous operations during the Days of Rage in Chicago, now formed under the direction of leaders of the BLM like Rosenberg, and in doing so, would stand out as one of the people that had been turning evidence over to the Senator in pursuit of covering up his roles in the Assassinations of Valerie Percy, JFK, MLK, and RFK.
He would also be identified in the Betsy Aardsma killing at Penn State’s library, and a police sketch was made by the witnesses that saw him moving through the library acting strange.
Here is the full lineup of all of his police profile sketches. Included is the information that is found within the CCTV video footage of the suspect arrested in the MLK Assassination from CBS……look closely….he is much younger in his skin tone than that of James Earl Ray.
The influence that had been brought throughout these killing sprees were so devastating to them, but in reality it had very little impact on the minds of the people, other than a momentary inspiration or two. Some would remember it from being the area as a lasting impression was made more through the media than that of the actual killings and the gossip from witnesses or locals, showing that the mass of planning they had organized was more geared at their own profiteering, in an effort to create timed distractions around their shipments, as they had used an overreaching expectation that seemed to fizzle out more than it brought to their cabal, and in the efforts that generated the copycats that came afterwards, you can truly blame the media for sensationalizing the case under the false impressions that were designed to sway the investigations.
Basically they had wanted to cover up their more important affairs, and in doing so just attracted the wrong attention from all of the people they double crossed, as the Church Hearings would take on a role that would leave a permanent imprint in the minds of the people that the CIA had conspired with Israel to terrorize an entire generation of people.
These ciphers were their communications, and in adding some of the most elusive ciphers conceived at that time, they had made a mark that professionals would work tirelesly to try to solve.
I was already founded with a number of key insights into the historical references that they incorporated into their ciphers when I had begun to work on the ciphers of the Zodiac Killer.
When it became apparent that the case was so inclusive and that it spanned a time line of over half a century of operations, without any jurisdiction over this case being declared an eminent precedent, I knew that it involved the Government in some fashion, particularly the CIA and the DoD.
Take for instance how easily they gave up during the first Hijacking of an Airliner during the DB Cooper scandal. A number of ciphers would appear decorated in the same fashion as the Zodiac, and having a number of them that were from different handwriting styles the entire team of Agents would respond to their next series of orders that went out after the suspect made away with the money.
Landing in Reno, the suspect was witnessed by a number of different individuals.
He was said to have differed from the look of the police profile sketch by a Stewardess that made her statements on the news, referencing the fact that he had very dark complexion similar to that of a Latino.
He also left a Clip-On Tie at the scene, as was seen before during the RFK Assassination……the tie would lead back to the Groom Lake facility, as it was found to contain an abnormal amount of Titanium residues.
Sidney Gottlieb, one of the names mentioned in the MKIIUltra Operations of the CIA was also an employee of Lockheed, and in these discoveries within the redacted information from the Church Hearings, a cabal of Wet Work Agents would appear to take the stage simultaneously.
Rafael Bienvenidos Cruz y Diaz was photographed in the famous picture of Lee Harvey Oswald, standing by his side while he was handing out propaganda about Cuba. He was the man that also was seen escorting Sirhan Sirhan into the cafeteria, and was seen running out after the shooting took place, with the woman in the Polka-dotted dress.
Cruz would lock everyone in the cockpit, and as they were landing in Reno to refuel en route to Mexico City, hide in the Baggage Compartment after dropping the stairs on the plane, so that he could escape when it landed in the night. As the plane was diverted to the end of the Airport near the boundaries of the property, and sat on the runway for over 35 minutes before anyone had come out of the Cockpit to check on the status of their plane, he had ample time to make his way out of the plane through the landing gear access panels.
They would never find him, but a few bundles of cash were found along a shore line of a river.
The cards and ciphers would reveal that the suspect had fled to Vancouver, Canada, where he would be plotting a number of later bombings and murders in Ottawa and Montreal, targeting Cuban exiles.
After the Hijacking, both Aquino and Sanders would make their letters out with their own design.
The drop of the Fred Flinstone Card would conceal a taunt at Sanders, as he lost to his rival in his first political campaign in Vermont.
His name is hidden in the outline of the design.
This is when the two teams began to completely disavow the other, and their objectives would change over time to suit their own interests.
But when it would benefit them both, they would collaborate on a number of future branches of these operations.
Now after all of these antics, the authorities were bound to have taken notice of the finer elements of the design of these ciphers. To a degree most of these concepts used were also found in older more classic ciphers and cryptograms, and a growing mass of people were engaging in the study of them through the ACA and later with the IACR, two groups dedicated to the research in cold cases and historical ciphers that had not been broken yet.
Taking the initiative to continue the examination of letters that came after the “canonical” Zodiac Killings, I noticed that they were gearing up for the Church Hearings and wanted to eliminate a major player in the Teamster’s Union…… James Riddle Hoffa.
The obvious use of the + symbol in place of the word AND, offering a more scripted approach in the design of the Badlands Letter in 1974 and the Exorcist Letter after it, showed a sign that they were communicating with the cryptographer that had been a part of their affairs behind the scenes…..Ed Scheidt.
Here you see the same consistent use of pairing of symbols to be used to compare the details found in each.
With the first letter, signed by “A Citizen”, it would host two layers of Old English Box Ciphers, and in the first they laid out the plan and the location where they had planned to take his body to be dumped in Lake Huron.
And in the second letter, coincidentally right after the DB Cooper Skyjacking, they targeted a man that was interfering in their political objectives that had also been submitting evidence of his own gathered from the JFK Assassination. Specifically he wanted to show that Oswald’s mother had been communicating with him and he was able to obtain some early photos of LHO, along with testimony from a couple of men that were said to have been hired to fly the assassins out of the country after the shooting in Dealy Plaza.
Regardless of whether or not these facts hold weight, they had murdered 18 out of 22 witnesses that saw specific details at this point.
William H. “Joe” Cooper of Baton Rouge had traced some of the people involved in the local lore behind the planning stages, and exposed some of the details leading up to the Assassination of JFK that were filed in a report to the FBI, as he was a former Police Officer that was almost killed during an attempt on his life before he was about to testify in 1968.
All of the information about who they were and what they were invovled with was found in a layer of Old English Box Ciphers, giving names of two other individuals as well, mentioned in the case files.
With the strange signature added to this letter as a form of steganography, you find two bullet holes symbolizing a “double-tap” and with that you take the drawn elements and simply bring them down into a straight line and they reveal the look of the name J HFA. The previous misspelled word – consternation – would create the look of the word anagrammed – TEAMSTR CO or N TEAMSTR COIN.
They were after the Teamster’s founder so as to silence him about the use of their trucking industry to deliver a mass of their trafficked drugs throughout the US, as they were also planning to bring in Cannabis from Canada into the Detroit area.
He was clearly mentioned as being a source of information that would expose the CIA’s role in the trafficking of drugs and they needed him bumped off.
The Exorcist Letter would also have been comprised of three parts, and in this format would show that it had been designed with the look and feel of The Mikado, using specific phrases to conceal their objectives, in the same way the Jack The Ripper Letters concealed information about the plans for their cabal of business moguls.
In fact this cipher was so detailed it created a series of directions and measurements to take from Detroit up and through the border with Canada, to the point north of Forest, Ontario.
It was so precise that you can literally read off the names of the towns along the way, and along the way plot out two distances that would cross-reference the exact location where he was deposited in an Oil Barrel along a sand bar about a mile offshore.
With this format only allowing for so many layers in each to be formed from the Old English Box Ciphers made from the blocks of text in a sheet of Graph Paper, you find that this letter contained a few misspelled words, which when examined closely would compliment the instructions with additional measurements of distance from other cities to locate the site.
It also mentioned that Aquino was responsible for his murder as a ringleader of their CIA Wet Work Squad.
Rumors would be spread around for decades about this disappearance, as they had been formally organizing their mafia connections since the early parts of this operation as well as securing a laundering site through the Vatican to be able to generate millions in funds for Off-The-Books Operations.
There were a number of signs that the people in Hollywood were catching onto this cabal’s operations, and with that a number of different plays were created with themes that replicated the Zodiac’s Killings, and at the same time would draw minute reference to their operations.
One such production was that of the show that Bob Crane was starring in, called The Hardy Boys, as he would become an iconic murder in Arizona that saw him murdered with a piece of his brain used as a “treat”.
As Sanders would notice that some of their designs behind the theatrics of their set design would appear similar to the Flynn Theater in Burlington, he would signal that their operations were being discussed inside of Hollywood at the highest levels.
THAT CITY BU, was written and the BU crossed out……obviously standing for Burlington.
Aquino would reply with his own battle plan as the Agent that targeted Crane in Arizona.
These would become a series of cards and letters that would eventually be used repetitively after his murder, to take other lives.
The Dear Channel 9 Letter sent in 1978 would host a very complex system of demarcation that would allude to the use of Star Maps, and using the prase YOU ACTORS – THIS IS YOUR LUCKY BREAK and the additional Morse Code lines, it would show that they were planning to make another communication to a Numbers Station in Israel using the Morse Code signatures in their layout.
It was designed also in the context of the letter to threaten to murder “Stars”…..entertainers that would be willing to play the roles in the documentaries of the investigations into these murders..
Extra dots were strewn through the letter with some words featuring individual alterations of the pen strokes made to accentuate the direction each was taking, when drawing the conclusions around the meaning of these marks.
Seen in comparison with the Equatorial Line and the represent Constellations seen in any Star Map, you find that the space that is shown where the Zodiac Symbol was placed, would denote the Constellation called Officina Typographica. This in the older manual of drawings would include a Dog, a Unicorn, and the Artist’s Easel with a sheet of Graph Paper on it.
Removal of the misspellings and the addition of the break in the context of the letter would be the two methods found to produce viable solutions from this encrypted letter.
The misspellings would be placed in a 9×9 graph and reveal the inner workings of a longer message, instructing them to BEGIN A GAME in Palestine, generating chaos with the use of Psychological Programming and Torture of captives that were rigged with Explosive Vests.
Bob Crane would be masscred in a bloody murder that would see his best friend accused of his murder. He would be found with a piece of his skull missing, showing that they extracted his Pineal Gland in order to harness the Adrenochrome as a drug.
Because of the lack of any struggle seen as he was found on his bed, it was assumed that whoever broke into his home killed him with an injected poison or a knockout cocktail of some kind, before dressing the scene as a blunt force murder, spreading blood in a number of areas.
A man was seen nearby in a car waiting in the same fashion as he was in the Lake Berryessa Murders.
The lower segment of the letter would host details about the location of this gland, which would become a trend for a number of Actors in Hollywood that were being tempted to take part in their Satanic Rituals, as they began to spread the “Satanic Panic” during this period to manipulate the majority of Christians into a state of subservience to their political orders.
