The Lowell Sun is my paper. I used to deliver it too. I remember these type of people being around the Chelmsford Mall when we were kids, around 1974-1976. Maybe they were moonies I’m really not sure. Billerica is the next town over. They tried to recruit teenagers and so forth to join them and eat whole grains and no more meat they said. At their camps they had all these things they told us.These cultists had a place down in Cambridge if I’m not mistaken. Moon was North Korean and worked on brain washing techniques on POWs in the Korean War. In a nutshell, the technique used protein depravation to break down the brain through physiological means, and proved quite successful. Many of these cults employ this technique of depriving the cult members good food. It makes your mind go bad. It makes a person very easy to manipulate. Thankfully I was aware of these techniques at a rather young age because of various readings I had partaken in. I let the other kids in on this knowledge and we sure intimidated those people, let me tell you. They never came around us anymore. Every time we saw them from there on out, we belittled them and gave them a hard time.

@Holmes,
There were a lot of different groups, cults & you name it back then.
The Moonies where a totally different cult type group, then "The Process Church".
This thread is for information on "The Process Church". There’s a lot of information in this thread & on the Internet & even a book by one of their members, Timothy Wyllie if you would like to know more. But let’s not confuse others groups & cults with this one.
Much Thanks,
Zam*

Oh you’re so right. I see the idea with those people. Those people in the mall were relatively harmless charlatans compared to this group here. Not even in the same league. I read that Manson and Berkowitz had some kind of connection to the church. Vincent Buglosi believed Manson was a full fledged member, as I’m sure you well know. I never heard of this group before reading about it here. That guy Wyllie looks like quite an odd duck

The Process Church, in the beginning, believed in three "Gods" Jehovah, Lucifer, and Satan. You joined and choose your God to follow. I think the Jehovah’s and the Lucifer’s did the good works and then there were the Satanists… Attached are a few pages of the founder of the Church’s "recording" Gods on War.

Whomever wrote all that crazy rambling about war sure doesn’t seem to playing with a full deck. It makes you wonder what battles this guy was in, what campaigns he fought. He sure talks a good talk but I have my doubts. You see, many in my family fought in the wars. They fought at Iwo Jima, Okinawa , Anzio, and Pork Chop Hill, to name a few. The funny thing is I never heard one single mention of war or death or killing, from these men. The guy who wrote that foolishness is just a pretender of the worst kind. The only thing he knows about war is how to spell it.

The person who wrote this was the leader of The Process Church, Robert DeGrimston. He wrote a ton of stuff like this. His interpretation of the Bible is offensive (to say the least).

Here is a picture of him. It’s another one of those high resolution black and white photos.

I would listen to that individual only for as long as it takes to get out of the hearing range of his vocal chords.

Manson learned some of his nuttyness from the process church. They are a really strange group.

He has one of the new style beards they wear these days. It’s like Bustoff, the wrestler on the Three Stooges, who Curly wrestles and beats, after he smell the Wild Hhacinth perfume. Very stylish, to say the least.
