I have came across a weird case in the Israeli media, a 26 years old Russian-born American guy used a rubber made old man’s face mask and 2 rubber made fake old arms and hands gloves with long sleeves, he bought those especially for carrying out robberies while pretending to be "an old man who only communicate in English or Russian" ( http://www.maariv.co.il/news/law/Article-594570 and http://www.ch10.co.il/news/384700/#.WYh9woTyvIU ). I have learnt that such masks were available in the 1960s from someone who was in his late 20s (possibly the same age as "zodiac") back then.

Doubt it very much. If he had one of those and did indeed carry out the Lake Berryessa attack then he wouldn’t have needed a hood as well to disguise himself.
I know fake stuff like that wouldn’t leave prints because oils on the skin are needed, but that cab wasn’t a traditional print since it was an imprint left in blood. If Zodiac really did leave fake clues, a fake print (in blood) isn’t totally out of the realm of possibility, I suppose. I think the fake face is a little much.
