I’d wager that a considerable chunk of those "merry christmass" hits (above) are simply typos, so the actual number of people who spell it that way on purpose is much smaller than 0.3 percent.

I’ve never heard of anyone spelling it that way (on purpose) outside of the Z case. ALA supposedly did, but who knows with him. Could have been something he added to his bag of "suspicious" traits in order to mess with people, I don’t remember what sort of documentation we have for that particular detail.

In general, I’d say that if you come across someone who otherwise fits the bill, and who spells it that way without it being contrived, that’s at the very least highly interesting.

100% agreed. ALA is such a dubious character, I wouldn’t be surprised if he had the time of his life being that way.
