I asked many months ago about the two unanswered marks east of union city and south west of pleaston:

I’m happy to say that i have been contacted and informed that the marks correlate exceptionally well with their POI : https://relentless2007.wordpress.com/zodiac .
They correlate with this individuals home address as well as his mothers home address.
Further more i was entrusted with a trove of this individuals documents and wtitings and can confirm two things:
1) One of the marks certainly correlates well with this individuals home address.
2) His writings were extremely suspicious and seemingly i’ve seen the tailings of the 340ciper.
It is at the discretion of the owner of those documents to share them publicly.
If you feel you can help the investigation into the individual above I suggest speaking with the owner of the website above.
To clarify, my previous post concluded that the marks were:
A) Entirely unique to the diablo map compared to replica maps.
B) Beleived to have been on the original first copy.
C) That no prior conversations have ever really occurred regarding their relevance.
D) That no one could link anything of interest to those two dots.

I’m a bit critical when it comes to the spots on that map; it’s an old map, there are some mild discolourations on it and the image is of pretty low resolution. You can actually see another very similar tiny dot at around 11 o’clock next to Zodiac’s drawing.
Your POI is really interesting, though. I think he actually looks very much like what the person the sketch was made of might’ve looked like. You should make a post about him here!
Edit: I read a bit wrong, the Wordpress blog is not yours, right? Nevertheless I’d definitely like to see a post about that POI.

Regarding other dots, they can be found equally on other phillips 66 maps and or not found on all copies of the diablo map.
It is only these two that are entirely unique to the diablo map and seemingly have been there since the 1970’s.

Just bump this up as it’s relevant again the link is to where Harvey lived at the time, to the best of my knowledge from what i have been able to ascertain. It is not his 1973~ onwards address but it is close.
