This same man went after another one of my friends on Willow Pass rd less than a mile from the apt that Silvia was killed. So there are more of us that he enjoys watching ,following, tormenting, forcing off the roads in CC county. I can not express the feeling of evil that I felt when I stood toe to toe with this man. He looked at me with such contempt that I have never seen before. I have no idea why he came after me starting in Vallejo 1968 ? Thank you very much for the other links. I don’t do face book, so I am guessing that was where you read she was being stalked ?

I will PM you Sandy ;)

Sorry, I should have posted this link:

http://www.ktvu.com/news/news/crime-law/authorities-look-new-leads-unsolved-2007-deadly-ba/nYRBy/

which states:

"Ruben Sandoval, a former coworker, was among the last to see Silvia alive…He said she asked him and a friend to follow her home. "When she stopped in front of the parking lot, we said ‘OK Silvia, see you tomorrow,’ and she said ‘OK, see you.’" That was around 10 p.m. and two hours later she was dead."

I think her being stalked was also mentioned on the video you linked.

You don’t need to have FaceBook (I don’t have it either :) ) to look at the link.

Thank you truthandsole, I have read everything I could about Silvia and it sounds as if she was stalked. I do have a suspect who lived in Pittsburg as well as Vallejo and southern Calif.
There have been over 12 unsolved female murders in that same area from 1987 – 90’s, most were stabbed. One who got away said that he stalked her.
He showed up once with another man in a white Jag ,who was discribed as having a shaved head, mustache, glasses, which sounds like my R H .

They said that they would give her $200.00 if she would take a ride with them to Vallejo/Napa area. ( Hard to believe but true )

Right now I have a retired Pittsburg Det looking at my suspect ,as a possable suspect for these murders. Because of the witness I found, who thank goodness reported it before I met her. They also have another female victim who lived through a knife attack who was beaten ,stabbed. After all of that the perp sliced her throat from ear to ear and dumped her body inside of a port -a -potty at a " construction site ".

When I mentioned that my suspect has given me clues that he is thee Zodiac and has written me notes with clues to other victims. The Det said: Yes we got some of those, but felt they were from a copy cat !
I wonder what the odds could be ,that they were from my suspect ? I would love to see those notes !
Pittsburg PD feel the killer of those women were killed by one man.

I don’t like using the "man" becuse he has to be only a shell of a man, a real man wouldn’t do those things.

Returning to Andrea Greeley Ingersoll, died in 1992,
Seagull said;
"Andrea having been found under a blanket suggests that her killer may have known her.
Serial killers do not usually cover their victims"…

Also, 50 yards from Canal Rd places you near or on State Route 4. (Actually, Canal Rd
doesn’t seem to extend ‘a mile’ east of Bailey Rd, so possibly the body was found off the
roadway continuing beyond Canal Rd, which would be (‘off’) Schooner Way?)

Found ‘under a blanket’ could cover circumstances where a person/people carried her there
in a blanket & deposited her there, or a driver covered her with a blanket after hitting
her with a car – there are what appear to be several unofficial walking trails visible in that
area in 1993 that suggest walkers might shortcut across State Route 4.

‘Traumatic injury’ can also cover injuries from a vehicle collision with a pedestrian – possibly
accidental, the driver initially stopped & helped the injured party – then decided to bug out.

Not all victims who are covered with something are killed by people they know. I was told she was beaten strangled and stabbed to death. I am working right now with a detective hoping to help, so far my suspect who I call Honcho is a potential suspect for these crimes. There are other girls who got away from him ,who have ID’d his picture as the man who tried to kill them. The detective said he was glad that I took his picture. ( I gave him a copy of the picture) I also told him about the stake out I did and saw Honcho trolling that area with a car that had no license plates on it. And gave him the name of Louisa who reported Honcho for hitting her over the head with a hammer and then grabbing a long knife to stab her. She got away and ID’d my suspect as the killer. This detective who believed everything that I told him, is determined to solve those cases. I will keep everyone informed as to what is happening.

One more bit of information that intrigued the detective. I told him that I gave copies of Honcho’s picture to several girls who where working the streets. These girls did not know my name let alone my mailing address. One of those pictures was sent to me shortly after I passed the pictures out. I believe that Honcho killed another girl and found his picture in her purse, then sent it to me as proof he killed another one. Thinking I would never be able to get him caught. He wanted me to know he is a serial killer and that I should be very afraid of him. I never showed him fear, like Darlene’s sister has and I think that bothered him?
