FBI got back to me saying that they could not search their indexes for various Z letters based on each possible threat. Sounded like a blow-off to me. I don’t think I will ever get any further docs released.

I’m not all that familiar with a lot of the counties in California. Is this anywhere near Albany? Maybe Pigeon Boy still liked to attach threatening notes to things and throw them 20+ years later.

Oh….and odd thing to note and strangely coincidental, Lake Mendocino Drive is a fairly short road that happens to cross the Russian River which I know has been mentioned in connection with one of the Z suspects.

I wonder if this has something to do with that 19 year old man who wrote a bunch of phony Zodiac letters which were apparently pretty good ones if I remember correctly. Law enforcement did investigate. I will see if I can locate the thread.

Lost cause I suspect, I couldn’t get anything released for this because I don’t think the DOJ had a copy of this note

What if the message was for the parents..? Could be that the message was placed not to any but a specific girl..to frighten the parents..
