Due to the recent DNA news which is they never had z’s dna
The only conclusion to this case is Allen was z

They had tons of circumstantial evidence but nothing a prosecutor would take to the court room until barwhat found a D.A
Who would take a swing at in the courts

Toshci knew it was Allen hence why he burned out and started writing fake Z letters trying to mimic Allen’s handwriting
The state and fbi knew they had the guy and if he struck again he would be immediately arrested and charged Allen knew it
Too

I respect so many posters here and the hard work they did with their poi’s
I still think Ross killed Bates and Allen read about it in a local paper when he was at the races down there

Mr.x was a great suspect and mike r is awesome as is Morf,Tahoe, welsh chappie and many more posters here
I just think Allen was the guy and it make sense if you pull away from the case and look at it not knowing all the graysmith hate and mike butterfeild’s videos and facts ( I respect mike)

Your thoughts ?

My main problem with ALA is he looks nothing like the Stein sketch.

And Robbins and Fouke apparently laughed him off.

Also, did Toschi ever speak to Lindsey Robbins?

Also the bloody fingerprint recovered from the cab must have been a no match for Allen otherwise he would have been
arrested and prosecuted.

People are presumed innocent in the USA fyi until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. Allen was never even charged of murder let alone tried and convicted.

My final thoughts here are all those named are innocent as none of them have ever been charged and anyone who has a poi has to assume they are innocent as well unless they are charged. Charges are based on evidence and it seems that Sandy Betts is the only one with evidence and LE seemingly ignores that. Others with what they thought was evidence were evidentally wrong about it since nobody has ever been charged with even one of the crimes attributed to the Zodiac unless I have entirely missed that somewhere in the time I’ve wasted reading here since 2009.

50th anniversary edition released in 2018. The zodiac Super Seawolf 68. The Zodiac Super Seawolf was released in 1968. The new edition could go to greater water depths than the Zodiac Seawolf. Arthur Lee Allen was a scuba diver. A very small percentage of people scuba dive. I partake in the activity myself. The idea that this man wore that watch it Is very hard to overlook.

I said it before but I’m always amazed to see that some people could swear Allen was Zodiac! He wasn’t in LE’s list of suspects before his name was brought up to them by a man who obviously did so to get him into trouble.

I’ve said it before, but… the Golden State Killer was also into scuba diving. I wonder if he ever bumped into ALA.

Allen’s Zodiac watch was trendy and marketed to the masses, not just skin divers. In 1968 and 1969, ads for that watch could be found in both major San Francisco newspapers, as well as Playboy magazine.

Someone at Reddit posted this picture of ALA if he wore a disguise like Z said in a letter.

Interesting but still doesn’t explain the fact that Foukes, etc saw Allen and said he must have been about 100 pounds heavier than the guy he saw at PH. All other witnesses had Z down as about 160 to 200 pounds tops – not 250 upwards.

There’s no way that 3 teenage girls at Beryessa would look at ALA and consider him attractive.

Stine sketch is him seen at night. Easy to confuse a bit of hair on top with more in the dark from afar. People put way too much stock in the portrait.
There is no certain ALA was at LB or that the guy the girls saw was the attacker. Why would the attacker get a few feet from them and stand there for 45 mins letting them clearly see his face? Unless he had a wig on and the goal was to fool investigators by making sure people saw him with a different hairstyle.
