Real hard to tell, with just the face. The victims who usually said the EAR was about 18-25 got a look at his slim body, his speaking voice, etc.
I would estimate his age at 25 or 26 years old.

I would like to take a guess that the reason some people are putting him in a fairly high age bracket is because he does have a nice full sideburn. However this can vary with the individual, and in fact may even be a disguise, if it was the EAR showing up at this event.
He looks younger in the blown-up version.
Somewhere in his twenties, would be my estimate, but he could easily be older too.
Late 20s to early 30s.
