Very happy to have you here. Do you have any cold cases in TX that seem similar to what we have here in Calif.? I was sent to TX about 10 yrs ago, to investigate a suspect in Houston. Boy, they sure drive fast there and in the rain, I had white knuckles the whole time I drove on the freeways there! Turned out that the suspect was not in Calif. for the first three murders here.

I spoke with you before on another site. No, nothing similar. We just use this case as a training tool for our guys. I don’t expect I’ll be saying much here. No amateur sleuth likes to find out they have spent many years of their lives chasing the wrong suspect. It is better to let them do their thing while we do ours. I must say, it is surprising to see how much information these sleuth’s are able to dig up without using the programs we have access to. We should consider hiring civilians to do our research

Thank you and yes we do find a lot of info in the case. We seem to have more time than what is given to most people in LE. A good part of my life has been spent looking into this case and chasing many suspects for myself and others. If I had a nickel for every hour spent I would be a millionaire! I have recently received help from a PI, which I was told I should do by my local police department years ago. Hopefully, he will find out who my two stalkers are and I can then do a paper trail to see if they were in the correct areas at the time of each crime. I do believe that it will be DNA that will catch the Zodiac or Zodiacs and not one of us.

I would like to say that we in this office are glad that THIS site played a part in the solving of the Z340. We would like to congratulate those that accomplished the feat, and thank Morf for giving them a platform to work from.

A troll follows people around the board commenting on all their posts, similar to what you are doing now. We’ve been on your site for 15 years and have never been accused of trolling. We make one post about Bates not being linked to Zodiac by evidence, and your feathers get ruffled. In 15 years, I noticed when people disagree with you directly, or if someone has a different theory than your and directly contradicts you, you call them trolls and ban them. For fifteen years, we have not confronted your ignorance so that we could continue using as many Zodiac sites as possible for training. Even now, our comment was to Nora, not Voigt, but I guess because it directly contradicted your "definitive Zodiac victim" on your site, you felt it necessary to defend your position, and you should have. However, once backed into a corner with facts that you could not dispute, you resorted to name calling.

I already knew that was going to happen, and that is why I made this post to Morf. I did not hide it; I did not PM it. You went and proved me correct with your denigrations. That’s how good we are at what we do.

And about shaking the child out of you? You’re right; I am at an advantage, because I already know what I would be getting myself into and am still willing to educate you. You don’t know what your getting into or you would not be still acting like a child. Terrified anonymous troll? Good grief.

I’d block your comments but every now and then you actually have some information of worth, and others in this office use this radio call sign for training.

By the way, one of our guys sent you information about the Bates letters that was not released to the public and he received a three day "vacation." While we appreciate the fact that you did not disclose it, I have good reason to believe that RPD will release it in the near future, especially if Ms. Betts is correct about the case being reopened. In fact, we’re hoping a lot of things are brought into the light. It would be nice if you could start contributing again instead of pulling these shenanigans.
