Does this Robyn Smith live in Tahoe? I think that’s the gal I spoke with a few years ago. Knows alot about Kane’s days in Tahoe. We spoke for hours. Very interesting gal if it’s the same one I’m thinking of.

I feel like I have, and it may have been in a report or post here on the site. I’ll dig around to see what I can find, it does ring a bell.
Kane’s hair looked very much like a crew cut.
When the guys in the 50’s- 60’s combed their hair in a Pompadour, they would tap the top of it and that could make it look like a crew cut. Kane’s hair was curly/wavy.
