What easier way to get a female to get into your car than to go to where the girls work the streets? Most of the time they are not even missed or reported missing. It wasn’t until a couple of young girls who were" not prostitutes" that the police looked into the possibility that they had a serial killer going after easy prey.
When I heard about all of these girls being murdered and I was receiving phone calls from my Zodiac suspect, I wondered if he could be their killer? I was given his description and he fit as far as being a older man in his 50’s who was working in construction. At the same time we had a older man driving a dark green sedan, who was following females driving lonely road at night. He would flash his lights and try to get them to pull over and when they didn’t he would try to force them off the road. That was also happening to me at that time, by my suspect who was driving a dark green sedan. My curiosity go the better of me so I planned my own investigation , to see if my hunch was right and this was my suspect doing all of this or not? I went to where I knew the prostitutes hung out and parked to see if my suspect would drive by. I wasn’t there very long when I spotted him in a silver car that looked like a Honda. I had my eldest daughter with me who was also a victim of my stalker. She knew what he looked like, we both saw hi at the same time. He was at a red light and didn’t have a license plate on the back, so my daughter got out of my car and went in front of his, to see if he had a front license plate, he did not. She also said for sure it was my suspect I called Honcho. She told me that these girls would all be at the Sheriffs dept parking lot at 6:30 am on Saturday morning to get their methadone for the weekend. I made several copies of the picture I had of Honcho and was giving them to the girls standing in line for their fix. One of them was named Louisa ,she screamed and said that’s the killer, that’s the killer! She told me how he hit her in the head with a hammer and how he tried to stab her with a long knife he had under the front seat of his blue work truck. Two other girls ID’d the picture as the man who was seen taking their picture as they walked across the street, another who said he tried to kill her. Thank goodness I wrote their names down. I am petty sure the year was 1992. It wasn’t long after I gave the pictures out that I received one of them in the mail! Now remember, none of these girls knew my name let alone my mailing address.
I am very sure that picture was sent to me from the killer, ( My suspect) letting me know he killed another one and he found the picture I gave her. The detective who is working that case, is very interested in my suspect and is talking to the girls, whose names I gave him to verify what I said they told me. I have found out from someone who met Honcho that his first name is Anthony aka Tony. That he lived in Benicia and worked at a place there. I found where that place was , it was called Lathrop construction at 4001 Park ed Benicia. It is about 3 miles from that job site to the crime scene on Lake Herman rd. I went there last week to show his picture , to get his last name. Everyone who was there in the 90’s are all gone, so no luck. I found out that the killer made a call to Pittsburg PD to tell them where to find my daughters friend Andrea Ingersole , then he told them he killed all of the girls and that he is the Zodiac! What are those odds, that he wasn’t? Yet they did not want to believe he was Zodiac because it was a different MO? I know that Zodiac did say he would change his MO and would continue to kill, I believe he was telling the truth and was the killer in Pittsburg and Antioch , where Darlene’s sister Pam was being tormented at the same time as I was. I am hoping that we get good news soon that VPD has the case solved!
I’m interested in learning more about lathrop construction. Was it always at that location, even when, F P Lathrop owned it? What can you say about the company as it may pertain to the Zodiac in the 1960s?

From what I have read, its been there sense 1951. Go to their site and see how many jobs they have done working on and building schools! Then think of how many victims went to those schools listed. Even one in Pleasanton where one Zodiac letter was mailed from. I have no idea if he worked all of those years for that same company or not? Because I have reason to believe he was working at Syar on Lake Herman rd on Dec 20th 1968. I have seen who I believe is Zodiac, driving other company trucks like Strange and Chalmers out of Vallejo.

Thanks Soze, I would like to find out when they did a job in Richmond Ca. ? Because Daniel Williams was working at a school in Richmond at the time he received threats from Zodiac. I know they did a lot of school jobs, how about the new library at RCC in 1966 and Santa Barbara county, Lompoc 1963 when that school had a lot of construction. U C Santa Barbara had an extension in 1963. I would like to know what companies were doing those jobs?
I am so sure that Zodiac was a construction worker and possibly worked at different places like Syar in 1968 on Lake Herman rd. There is also a Syar in Napa and Fairfield. Richard Grinell found that Syar has a lot of connections to Z crimes. I just found that Syar did work in Eldorado Co. That is So Lake Tahoe ! The Donna Lass card sent by Zodiac showed men working construction, could that be a clue to his job and a clue that Donna is under one of those concrete slabs?
Remember that Darlene mentioned the man watching her was back from out of state. Kathleen Johns said the man who took her for that very long ride told her, he only worked a few months out of the year, concrete work is seasonal.
Anything that you can find about Lathrop and Syar could be helpful to the case, thanks again.
As far as, Richmond, all I have found is that they did work on the San Francisco Bulk Mail facility between 73′ and 75′. They did the steel work.
They did some work on a retirement facility called "the headland" in San Rafael. Found that this work was in 79′.
Did some kind of work with the Lawrence Livermore Lab between 63′ and 75′ that caused asbestos lawsuits.
Did work on the Embarcadero #2 #3 from 67′ to 72′.
G. Stanley Wilson designed the first RCC library in about 1932. The new library was designed by Neptune, Thomas, Moise and Harbach but completed in 68 or 69. There was also a. Herman Ruhnau who designed part (what part not sure) of the quad in 1956. He had his own architectural firm. Not sure about builders yet.

But that is ok, I am pretty sure that Zodiac was the person who tried to poison the school teacher, even if he didn’t work on building the school where Daniel Williams worked.

I think about the children’s clothes that Kathleen Johns saw in the car, which tells me he may have had children? Did Zodiac actually live in Martinez near the school teacher at that time? If he is still alive and there is a good chance that he is, he would be a grandfather now possibly in his early 80’s?

The Richmond I spoke of IS just south of Vallejo. It ISNT in San Francisco.
