Seems there is going to a 5 hour paranormal radio show on Zodiac, centered in Martinez where the ghost of Richard Gaikowski is said to have made an appearance!!!! Never heard that Gaik has been haunting Martinez……

Sounds like the paranormal people are looking for something to do. I read all the local news, listen to local radio & watch local TV and never once heard a glimmer of this. Sure Gaik worked & lived there, but his ghost!?

Thanks for the links, Seagull. Yes there are ghost walks in a lot of the old towns in Contra Costa County. But locals have heard about the so called ghosts in all the local towns & areas. I don’t feel any local has heard about Gaiks ghost being in Mtz. Then again not too many locals have heard of Gaik, but they have heard of the Z.
If someone really felt the Z’s Ghost was in MTZ, I’m pretty sure it would be a big thing. So this paranormal Grp is going to ask Gaiks Ghost guestions and determine if he was the Z. So, everyone else should throw their research in the dumpster, ha!

I am not a big believer in the paranormal and it certainly would not be a definitive solution, for me, no matter what the outcome. It’s simply entertainment as far as I’m concerned.

I agree, it’s amusing & made me laugh. Maybe someone at the Mtz Gazette is a little too creative with their imagination & reported a sighting. It will be interesting to hear the results.
I did send the report to a friend who is totally into paranormal sightings. I’m hoping they have some insight or can find out more. I’ll post if they report back anything interesting.

Thanks for posting that Deb and great thread title lol. Oh man, that is going to be both hilarious and horrendous. It’s a pity it’s radio because I love to see people terrify themselves through night-vision over creaky buildings and crew members falling over things.

I was there not very long ago, didn’t see him that day. I even asked the editor about Gyke , nothing was mentioned about him hanging around LOL. I think I should go there and invite Gyke to my house , I have invited everyone else, why not him ? If Gyke was the Zodiac, I think he would show up on Halloween more so than the 18th of Oct. I will have to listen to that radio show, sounds like a fun night.
When ever someone comes from out of town, I take them to Gykes old apt in Martinez, as part of my Zodiac tours.

In the 60’s we use to have Ghost party’s, to try and get them to join us. Had a friend who said her parents believed in ghosts and that it was a ghost who taught her school, she never went to a regular school. True story LOl. They even had a place setting for ghosts at their table.
