From what I heard on the newsfeed, a guy coming home from work (wearing a backpack) was briefly detained by the police and then let go. Possibly him.

One dead, one to go! Don’t want to get into death penalty debate but I don’t want to pay for these guys to live out their lives while 3 people are dead and many more have been scarred forever, personally I hope he takes himself out
