Been intrigued with this case for a while and am surprised that there is not more mention or recent news on this bizarre case where approx 10 remains we’re found in 2010 and 2011 in Suffolk Co NY
Read a book "lost Girls" that explores each of the female call girls and the circumstances that lead them to Ocean Parkway
Inhabitants of this secluded swampy, marshy, ocean front beach on Long Island are portrayed as very bizarre, protective, and not too interested in searching for the answer(s) to these mysterious bodies that have been discovered
Oddly, doing a quick Google News search has brought up nothing in recent news since mid year 2013
Would be interested in others opinions, thoughts, and feelings on who or what is going on in this area of Long Island
THEFOREIGNER was researching this case for a while. She would know alot about it. I live about an hour from Atlantic City, where some believe there is a connection to the Long Island murders. I know some basic things about the case, but I reccomend you talk to THEFOREIGNER,or maybe she will read this and chime in

Wasn’t there some links to the girls or other murders that bore some similarities to L.I.
I think police ruled out a connection there, however TheForeigner had a brilliant thread over on ZK.com that, if I remember correctly, presented a theory that it was the same person, and that the LISK set of killings was a carbon copy of the Atlanta ones. She placed mugshots of the victims side by side and there really does seem to be a close resemblance in features, build, hair colour etc. She had more info to back this up as well but I forget the details right now. i’m not a member of ZK.com but if you google it I’m sure the thread will appear, that’s how I found it.
I too am very interested in this case and started a thread a while ago asking why most of the LISK-dedicated forums have closed down. Even the websleuths one has become a private forum section.

Not sure,I just dont know enough on the cases. You mentioned, ‘ATLANTA’, did you mean Atlantic City? Foreigner, DID do a side by side comarison, I think it was of one of the victim’s ex-husbands if I am not mistaken,and he looked alot like a sketch

I’ve been following the case loosely. It’s a really odd case, and there are so many weird circumstances in this case. The police have been tight lipped with this one.
Escort says there’s a link to NY police chief.
Interesting Case if above is true and could spell some of the lack of evidence

The police weren’t very happy about those burlap sacks being printed in the media, which is likely why they’re holding some information back.
Also according to wiki the FBI joined the case in 2015
I suppose the chief could have been stalling the investigation but the phone call they have of the killer would rule him out directly.

The guy that committed suicide right after a girl’s body was found seems like a suspect. He was rich and had access to burlap bags. Don’t know if they ever checked to see if his dad’s nursery burlap bags were the same as the ones used to bag the dead bodies.
Did a paper on LISK. My belief was that it was at least two separate killers. Possibly truck drivers and my professor believed that there are more body’s out there. If you go out to the gilgo beach area it’s just massive. Lots of bush and shrubs and i can see a killer viewing it as a great location for dumping victims especially at night. Some of the body’s were found just off the road and were completely hidden. A real compelling case.
