This may have been covered or maybe won’t help at all, but I’m giving it a try. I plotted a very crude map based on the Mount Diablo meridian ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Diablo_meridian ) and base line (see here: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/ … elines.png). None of the maps I looked at had any scale, coordinates, etc., so I was just going by eye. Of the victims (confirmed and unconfirmed) listed at http://www.zodiacciphers.com/ , a 1966 crime and the 1970 Tahoe crime fell off my map. The rest, as best I can plot, are all along the meridian or base line, concentrated where the west and south points end. Mount Diablo is the center. I will try to upload my pitiful map, lol. This may not tell you anything new, but at least I tried.
