You try to insinuate yourself in this case as someone important because you chased down and pestered actual investigators?

Cry harder. :D

Just put the gloves on already and settle your beef.

Tom Voight has zero credibility even if he has a nice photo album. Hanging around smart people does not get your PhD.
All the diva behavior aside, the point is that there is zero credible evidence linking Gaikowski to the Zodiac case. And there is no physical evidence at all.
Hearsay is all that exists to bring Gaikowski into the matter, and that hearsay originates from a mythomaniacal source.
Narlow looked into Gaikowski as was his duty and Narlow found nothing; Narlow wisely let it drop.
All police departments have let the Gaikowski thing drop.

Great that Tom V has met so many interesting people and took pictures, but that does not make him a believable person or credible investigator.
Insisting that Gaikowski was involved in the Zodiac case makes it clear that the truth is not Tom’s goal. Tom must also know that Narlow did not like Gaikowski as a suspect for obvious reasons, but Tom is claiming Narlow believed Gaikowski was Zodiac, and then posts photos of himself with Narlow to imply he has the inside scoop from Narlow (who has been dead for over ten years).

Maybe if Tom stapled dollar bills to his Zodiac theories people would pick them up off the ground?

That was too much!

"Russ Thompson"…single handedly taking Morf’s message board into the toilet, one post at a time…

It must be a toilet for charlatans trying to ply their flim-flam among honest people looking for the truth.

This is a case where lives were destroyed, and yet who is the one trying to collect cash from it? Who is pushing bogus theories trying to generate more donations?
Take your sasquatch-level antics where truth does not seem like toilet-bowl material then.

That was too much!

My point exactly. No critical thoughts – no serious points to make, just tweeny-level jibberish from a guy who would like to be taken seriously in a murder investigation.

That was too much!

I wouldn’t say that. I think Richard Gaikowski is a decent suspect.

1. Nancy Slover said that his voice sounded like Zodiac’s voice.
2. His handwriting is similar to Zodiac’s handwriting.
3. He worked in the same building as Darlene Ferrin’s husband.
4. He was at Darlene Ferrin’s painting party.
5. He was at Paul Stine’s funeral.
6. His company’s switchboard was right next to Paul Stine’s house.
7. He had a book that was once owned by Paul Stine.
8. His nickname is in one of Zodiac’s ciphers. And it’s between the words TO EZ.

And in the mid/late 1960s, Gaikowski also lived a few miles directly south of the Lake Herman Road crime scene. And attended weekly editorial meetings in Vallejo. And when Zodiac wrote a letter to the editor of the Vallejo newspaper, Gaikowski’s best friend was the editor of that very newspaper.

Lots o’ boxes get checked once you separate the facts from the misinformation.

The problem is entirely "Russ Thompson"…he apparently has some deep grudge against me, but instead of confronting me at my site, he is polluting your site.

8. His nickname is in one of Zodiac’s ciphers. And it’s between the words TO EZ.

1. I don’t put much stock in Slover’s memory of a brief phone call that she heard over 40 years ago. And if I recall correctly, Gaikowski was not the first voice that she said was similar to Zodiac’s.
2. If handwriting solves the case, TK is the Zodiac. His handwriting is a carbon copy of Zodiac’s.
3. So did many other men who were not the Zodiac.
4. So were many other men that didn’t kill her.
5. That only proves that he knew Stine in some way, not that he killed him.
6. This is irrelevant.
7. Ok, so he probably knew Stine. So did many others who didn’t kill him.
8. This is interesting, but it could be very coincidental.

The facts that supposedly link Gaikowski to the murders are very weak. That doesn’t mean he is not the Zodiac. The fact that Narlow looked into him briefly and moved on does not mean that he is not the Zodiac. But, the only "evidence" presented against him is of the variety that shows that Gaikowski had opportunity to be the Zodiac. Unfortunately, any able-bodied white man over 25 in 1968 with a gun had the opportunity to be the Zodiac. What evidence points to him as Zodiac to the exclusion of everyone else?

So you’re basically asking for a DNA match or fingerprint match.

Nobody has that.

So I guess nobody was the Zodiac.
