The idea that Zodiac couldn’t get dates deserves skepticism. He was apparently a good looking man, if the Beryessa co-eds are to be believed. Looking at some of the maybe-Z cases, he might have had a very good ability to get women to come along with him.

Interesting…. of the many many many murder/rape cases I have read and listened to over the years, It’s always stood out to me when a surviving victim mentions bad body odors of their attackers. Smell really sticks with people, even in life threatening situations. No surviving zodiac victim has ever mentioned bad body odor during the attack, at least not that I know of………did i miss it?……

Really only Hartnell was in position to comment on whether Z smelled bad or not and in that attack Z had some kind of parka/windbreaker on, plus the costume, the combination of which likely woulda hidden body odor.
