In my searches of seeing if Ross ever went to the Asylum in Binghamton as they would publish first names of minors, I stumbled upon this series of detective fiction that was published in parts on Sundays while he lived there.

If you go to http://fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html and go to the search page, use Boolean search and the terms: Binghamton NY Press and "Carroll John Daly" and 1957

By starting with the last hit of the 6, Chapter One, I find some interesting info in it that I will mention later if anyone is interested.

This story can also be found in detective comics of ~1945, but some of the theories and ideas seem to be potentially relevant to Z’s behavior- one example is handwriting analysis.

Thanks Barry S. I looked for it all together, but was unable, so thank you. And I forgot, it was partly the title "The 7th Murder" that caught my eye. Most of the info I found interesting was in the first Chapter, and one bit in the last. I just am just curious if anyone else picks up on a few things I thought could be relevant. I know it ran in many newspapers, and was in a Detective "comic" book, so really any suspect could find it interesting.
