There are some people that were on this board or others over the years that have gone M.I.A.

All of them brought certain knowledge, energy, or research skills to this and other sites that was invaluable. I hope we see them again some day. These are only some of the names. If I am missing any, please add them.

Bentley- Was an expert with Automobile related stuff, and had gotten a hold of the Harry Martin collection of Z stuff. Bentley vanished into thin air, and never responded to personal emails I sent to him. hope he’s okay.

Ed Neil- Once upon a time, was a sidekick to both Tom Voigt, and Mike Butterfield. Really knowledgeable in the Z case, and was on the scene at many Z crime locations. I am Friends with Ed on Facebook, and we exchange messages now and again.

Nachtsider- Always added a fresh take on things from a different angle, I enjoyed their posts.

yarbchris- Chris is a great researcher with lots of knowledge about the Zodiac case as well as lots of other cases. I know he’s going through some hard times as he recently lost his Wife.

Katana9Q- Katana went to school with ‘Zode’ in San Bernardino and gave us a lot of useful info about him. He also has been doing some undercover investigations of a different sort in the Z case. He has not been on in a long while. I spoke with him last year a couple times by phone. He had some health issues, so I hope he’s okay.

I will add more as I remember some. Again, if you want to add to this list, please do.

Sometimes, getting a break from this case is helpful, and for some, a permanent break from the case is in order.

I’m in touch with a few missing people! They are doing well! A couple still dabble in reading & research.
Honestly, Like I told Morf & others…when it was a private forum, some were more apt to share their research. Now we have lots of readers only that we have No idea who they are, they were supposed to introduce themsves but tend to stay in the back ground reading.
One old former poster, well actually a couple played games & bullied a few people, that gets old, I feel that in part is why some people gave up their Zodiac research. < Things go on behind the scenes sometimes, I was privy to see a couple of the Internet games & bullying, we do an excellent job keeping it off the forum, but can’t control what happens behind the scenes.
Welsh is still doing a lot of research & has found some interesting things. If you like a posters research, keep in touch with them as sometimes they disappear.
Also: Where’s Smitty?
I spy In Bonus Fides reading right now! Right on!
I miss Entropy, his niceness & great posts.
Ed Neil is easy to find & shoot a Z question to him.
I liked Mike Martin of the Weekly Scientist, research on Penn.
There’s so many people that have added to to this Z forum & the older ones we were on. Most of them offered friendship, research & a passion to find the Z.

Agreed. He always had an interesting way to look at things, and brought a lot of good info to the table.

A few minutes ago on a toilet not very far, far away….
