I like Unsolved Mysteries too, but I have seen every one over the last 20 yrs, so it gets boring unless they have a surprise update.

As for me, I am watching Walking Dead, Justified, The Americans, Bates Motel, and I am going to check out that new show, TURN and maybeFargo. Later on in Summer/Fall,looking to the return of Walking Dead, Sons of Anarchy,Longmire, and of course, Football.

Hey traveller,

Hilarious. got to say, also, your work on handwriting analysis is very impressive.

Thanks Joe. Very kind of you to say. There’s lots more to come (and do) but I am on medical hiatus at the moment. I’ll be back properly as soon as my eyes decide to start working again.

Hey Traveler, hope they work soon too. You got us left hanging here. No pressure, though. :D

Forgot to mention one of my favorite shows still on the air, Dateline. Especially the ones with Keith Morrison. Something about his voice and the way he narrates just sucks me in.

Is anyone into a show called Shameless? Now that my team is out of the NCAA Tournament, I am going to cancel DirecTV. They charge me way more than what they quote me, and they suck compared to Dish Network. I’ll probably go without TV until football starts and then order Dish. Until then, I have Netflix. Been trying to find some good shows to get into on there. Shameless is one I have been hearing good things about…. Anyone got any other recommendations?

I’m hoping this is an April Fool’s joke, a day early.

NBC Orders Charles Manson Drama Starring David Duchovny

The website seems like a legitimate newspaper site. Why would anyone want to glorify Manson with a series of any kind????

Right on morf, thanks. Breaking Bad is my favorite show of all time. I was on set as an extra on one episode, but they didn’t show me lol. I was pretty bummed about that. Definitely will watch Shameless from the beginning. After that, I will probably watch Sons of Anarchy.

I found the first 4 seasons of Breaking Bad kind of slow plot-wise. But it made up for it and then some in the last season. All round great show though. Love how it presented New Mexico. The show had this dry, dirty look to it that I liked.

I just srarted watching Homicide Hunter on Investigative Discovery channel. The LT. Joe Kenda is just too awesome.

Wow, The Wire brings me back. You’re watching it the right way, Morf. Watching it from week to week, like I did back when it aired, was torture.

There was an article where the show creator of Breaking Bad admitted that he just pulled the last season out of his arse. I could tell and it was nice to see him confirm it. I’m surprised that I was the only one who didn’t like it and could see that all of the problems were things that just got introduced that season and hadn’t been part of the show before, like the stupid neo nazis.

They filmed the scene with Walt on his birthday and had no idea where that was going until they wrote it. They were going to have Jesse get arrested and then Walt use the gun to shoot up the prison and bust him out and then decided that was stupid.

On another note, I also watch Dateline but that show pisses me off. I guess they try to be objective because they show a case and talk about how the suspect is guilty and I yell at the TV about how it doesn’t make sense and rip apart the case, and then they pull the "twist" and show how the guy is really innocent because of all the stuff they didn’t mention before.

PS. Hey Joe, I see you mentioned that episode of Parks and Rec where they mentioned the Zodiac. Amy Poehler’s SNL costar and best friend Tina Fey also said something about Z in a book she wrote. I thought it was weird and I remembered that when i saw that on P&R. Comedian Patton Oswalt, who was a guest on P&R tweeted about Zodiac. I think it was when that Corky guy claimed to solve the 340, so he actually knows about the case. Kind of dorky, but I wonder if there are any celebrities on the Z sites?

Patton Oswalt is married to true crime writer,Michelle McNamara, you may recall I was a guest on her true crime radio show last year. I have no doubt he knows about zodiac since Michelle has written about z

Anybody watching Penny Dreadful on Showtime? It’s a pretty cool show if you are into the Macabre, and classic horror

I half-heartedly tried a few nights ago. I may give it a better go.
