One of my kids got a toy guitar for XMAS, and it plays that song "I Think I’m Turning Japanese" by The Vapors. Good song, but I have heard it over a hundred times in the last week and it is getting old pretty quick! So that is what I am currently listening to. I’m hoping he breaks this toy like he does most of his other ones.

He spent more than a decade in a Norwegian prison for murdering a dude from a band called Mayhem and was also convicted of church arson. There’s a lot more you can find out about Vikernes, Mayhem and the Black Metal Scene in Norway that will blow your mind.

I think this whole teenager angst evil satanist thing is pretty played out. Immortal is my favorite black metal band, and they went away from BM to a more rounded metal style. Their lyrics are also not really about Satan and witchcraft, but basically a heavy metal version of Disney’s Frozen. haha. No matter what Horgh is sick on drums.
