I presume that’s The Strangler winning? Or is that The Zodiac Killer extending his MO? We should be told….. 
This story is actually quite entertaining, if disappointing nevertheless (disappointing because I feel that it did not live up to its potential). The elderly Zodiac is presented as a startlingly meek and mild man, which I suppose might be consistent with his apparent real-life abandonment of his killer persona, but still made me go "That’s it?" Didn’t quite agree with the motivations he outlined for his crimes, but eh, what the hell. The best parts of the book were where he and the Boston Strangler talk about their lives of crime, and about what it was like to live as hunted men.
Oh, and Smithy – the one on the cover is the Boston Strangler. Zodiac’s not depicted. And yes, he’s extending his MO.

Nacht, I’m confused.
You mean that in the (book?) story that the strangler strangles (as depicted on the cover), but the Zodiac drops his classic "attacking couples in cars at night with a .22 / with a 9mm / attacking couples in the open air at the side of lakes with a knife / shooting cab drivers in the head" MO and tries something new? Is it burning and hanging people (by rope by fire)?
