I do not believe I have ever seen this discussed. There was another call made to Jim Dunbar, supposedly by the Zodiac Killer, February 5,1970 a little more than three months after the first call to the Dunbar Show.
The dialogue between Dunbar and the caller is one sided for reasons explained in the article. To me it is doubtful that the caller was Zodiac but who knows!
Interesting find, Seagull. Dunbar’s side of the conversation, however, doesn’t fill me with much confidence. 18 years old- not likely, especially if you accept Zodiac having any hand in Riverside, where he would have been about 14. The idea of the headaches seem to be lifted directly from the previous call from "Sam". Sounds to me like the caller might have been psychotic and/or under the influence but there’s certainly nothing to verify this as a genuine call.
Still wonder about the original call to Oakland P.D. though.
Hey…I wonder if this could be the same kid who was busted for writing fake letters. From Northern Cal…the cops figured out who he was and popped him for it. Do you know who I am talking about?
