I emailed the l a times and got a reply ,send us the content and you agree we are the sole owners of it ,I had some conditions too
Also stated I would give vallejo times the 80 celeb cipher only no reply
I wanted to use a small unreadable copy of the KC Star to show the fish caught in 98 and the title ,oh we could not even imagine how much that would cost you. Fine I will tie it to the book

so the celebrity cipher is a known actor, singer, politician, criminal, lawyer?

I thought we were talking about the 340 cypher ? If you think that you solved that one , you need to give it to the authorities , so they can confirm it . The newspapers will jump on it after it if confirmed, if that is what you want.
Read the FBI files, they had some cyphers people thought were solved.

Even I have a couple that I think are solved, but I wouldn’t send them to a newspaper, I would make sure It was proven to be correct by LE and let them do what ever they do. That way you would get full credit for the hard work you did to solve it. Newspaper reporters wouldn’t know if it was correct or not.
Getting it confirmed is very important.
