This Ray Davis case is very Z like. There could be several other Z cases down there, like Zodiac has said. That may not be the first, it could be the second or third? It may prove that he did live in southern Ca before moving up to northern Ca. by 1968 or sooner?

Most serial killers start near where they live, its called their comfort zone. When Zodiac wrote on Hartnell’s car door, he was giving a tally of only who he killed in northern Ca. It seems that he separates them from each other.
