GREAT FINDS! THANK YOU! [Commented the same on Reddit ]
IMHO it’s another nod/clue his name may have been "tim": viewtopic.php?f=96&t=4009

Just to be clear, the OP was a reddit user who has deleted their account, not me.
They also linked the name Farley in Tim Holt 14 to convicted mass murderer Richard Wade Farley. Farley stalked a work colleague and his murder spree was triggered by her rejecting him. Brings Bates to mind. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Farley
The "OK" find is compelling…the "Farley" thing seems a bit of a stretch. Western comics would naturally feature lots of guns, wood, fire, and rope.
I read that guy’s RWF theory, and a) I couldn’t understand where he got "RWF" from, and b) the sunbathers described the weirdo at LB as "good looking," which is hardly a term that comes to mind when I see pictures of Farley. I bet he’s only seen the 2007 documentary, and thinks the sketch is based on Cecelia’s description.

I have to say, that the entire cult that’s sprung around this one card is mind-boggling, especially considering that SFPD (apparently) didn’t bother testing it for DNA.

I find it rather creepy that on that membership form, the Red Ryder people ask kids to send them the names and addresses of three of their mothers’ friends…!
Important to note that Wheel of Death contains 12 methods while Z only includes 4 on card. Probably means those are only he used.

Wasn’t Farley a student at the college where Fred Manalli was teaching in Santa Rosa? I may be mistaken, but I’m pretty sure that is correct.
A few minutes ago on a toilet not very far, far away….
Curious, did Santa Rosa Junior College put out a year book?

I found it here https://californiarevealed.org/collections/santa-rosa-junior-college-archives

When I first discovered Farley through various pathways I noticed that the rest of the card could be solved. I thought we would come up with Richard Wade also. I didn’t try to force his name in. Instead by using the exact same method as before to find Farley I discovered other names.
The link to Manalli is that this new Farley guy (not Richard Wade) and Manalli both worked San Quentin prison.
Manalli also lived very close to Santa Rosa Druids Hall and down the road a bit from where one of the twins worked in tire servicing for "Good Year" with Forsyth tires.
www.zodiachalloweencard.com has a 400 paged book for free containing the super solution with an overarching explanation of the cards and more.
Observing the text that the boys deciphered, I remembered this topic (The Death Wheel).
