I wonder what the significance of the horoscope is to the information pasted on it. Why a horoscope? Is it just his way of saying "This is the Zodiac speaking". What does cancer, Leo and the month of November have to do with the pasted items?

Soze here is the FBI memo that goes with the Bleeding Knife, Cancer and Leo letters. It looks like the envelope for each letter is described just before each letter. So the Leo letter would have been postmarked Dec. 11, 1969.

Dec 10th 1969 being the date of Leona Roberts disappearance, then murder. Too much of a coincidence.

Just been comparing the two, and also the Tim miller letter. The Leo and cancer paste ups are obviously the same "author"
Its a pointless exercise to cut paste and post if you don’t have a taunting reason in mind or are leaving CLUES because that’s your thing that thrills you.
The Tim Miller letter was both, it was taunting and the "author" left clues, so he said. Who ever made up these three letters could quite well be the same person whether it be Z or a nut case just being an arshole.

Which is T’s way of saying. "This" part is my suspicion regarding the sender of these letters. Tahoe just didn’t delete the right names and quote code to single out the quote from Mr Lowe. The Corrected version I’ve just posted here is how it should have read.

I wasn’t entirely sure T (if it was taken wrong) but the bit you quoted also included soze’s name in the quotes which (as far I could tell) it shouldn’t have so I corrected that just in case it had been taken the wrong. As opposed to just being a mistake.
