Has anyone heard if Governor Brown vetoed the Parole Board decision to free Davis? Here’s what Brown SHOULD do:

He should NOT oppose the release of Bruce Davis. Then, as soon as Davis steps outside the fence, they should have him arrested immediately and charged with the murder of Doreen Gaul.

Since the DA has a slam dunk case against BD for the Gaul murder, they can offer him immunity if he spills the beans regarding Zero, Pugh, Hughes, Graham, Habe, Tashman, Mellin, and the "Zodiac South" murder spree.

If he doesn’t take the deal, which I presume he will not, then charge him with ALL the Zodiac victims and then see if his smug arrogant ass will take the deal.

If he still won’t budge, and knowing Scientology – he won’t budge, then we’ll finally have the fair jury trial by his peers that we’ve been deprived of for so many years. We’ll let the evidence decide.

Resurrecting this thread to point out that clean-cut Bruce looks much more Zodiac-like than the scruffy Manson henchman. Put glasses on this guy and I can buy him as Zodiac at least physically.

The composite you’ve posted above is of a guy reported by the witnesses to be a tall well-built guy of 6ft – 6’2”. Bruce was barely 5’6” so that’s a massive difference.

Perhaps, but other Zodiac witnesses gave a height of 5 foot 8 to 10.

Yeah – that makes me think that they either saw a completely different person (a dark haired bloke over 6ft tall) or it was indeed Z but he was upwards of the 5’8” – 5’10” estimate of the guy at BRS / PH. Cecelia stated her attacker was the same or maybe a little taller than the 5’10” ranger who questioned her.

This to me would rule out Bruce as being the Berryessa attacker as it would be a massive stretch for every witness to think someone who was 5’6” was a guy between 5’11” to 6ft 2”. I can see the girls at LB thinking a 5’11” perp was 6’2” but describing a pretty short guy of 5’6” as a tall guy of 6’2” is a massive difference. The only composite that looks remotely like Bruce at one point in his life is the LB one but the description with that composite is that he was tall and hunky, not a little wiry guy who from historic photos most likely also had a very short buzz cut and slight beard at the time.
